All the menopause’s symptoms that she said I started to felt 2 years ago, I really was scare with all that feeling but I challenge my brain and my soul to another level. I start with Jim’s podcast and all the tips brains I started to listen the videos and I was practicing every day. I learned a new language I took some nutrición courses constantly I learning something new and reading. That gave me super power over my symptoms and every day I fell like a new person. Im going everyday on that , my mind, my body, my spirit. I’m pretty sure I’m not going to be part of the statistics But if something happen my soul is ready. Thank you Jim and thank God for your speakers they are amazing speciality her .

The biggest aha moment was that female's brain has more risks of dementia, tumors and migraines than men do. That you can help yourself with an appropriate diet and activities, and that keeping the balance and knowing the reasons of your body changes can make a big difference and help you to cope and address your actual issues rather then treating depression or anxiety instead. Thank you so much for this video! Thumbs up

Been following Jim Kwik for awhile now, why not sharpen the saw first. I profess his greatness to many in hopes to help jettison the efforts to better educate the world.
Better education wide spread amongst people should lead to better world events.
I have Autism 1 & this has help me hone my gift of reading and remembering in a wonderful way. I am beginning to understand life in what I’d say is quite an interesting view, and using many disciplines of science I’m clearing the fog of which can be created by our own perspectives.
I must remain disciplined enough to fulfill the duties of who I am an am meant to be. I am so thankful if You Jim for what you’re doing, and all those watching, because, without the them I may never have known who Jim Kwik was. We are one, so thanking you is thanking Jim and thanking him, I’m thanking you.
Now let’s get it, let us take what position we need to progress ourselves TODAY y’all.

It makes me worry some already! Especially for my mother and all the elderly ladies of my family!
And it was so true how if men faced all of this it would have been published a century ago.
And the stereotype of men being better at math and all is such an irritating line!
It's just so hard at times to not be mad at how illogical and male dominant the society is! Sure most of you men are also fed up of and by it.
It is so important for the women also to support each other! Please help each other and be of great help and persons who can be relied upon, you know how it feels when you undergo such feelings so be a good, trustworthy friend after all, instead of letting each other down or showing lack of empathy and hey get rid of any and all self - doubts.
It is clear you need to take a lot of care of yourselves than to sit, doubt and spend time on useless, helpless, doubting and stressing.
If you want to be scared of anything be scared of the light you have within you and all the wonders that you can create! Will you be able to handle all the resulting love, respect and Credits?! (Applicable for/to men equally)
Reach out to each other, and do it for you and those who love you.
I am very sure this should have brought chills to a lot of husbands, dads, brothers and guy friends.
You Know what to do, spread the awareness!
    Burden shared is burden lessened.
Just imagine how simple everything should become for all of us.
Sharing work, spreading love, being compassionate is all that needs to be done.
We are greater than the puny challenges that we have. It is simple routine and natural, we now know about it, so obviously the challenge is going to lose against us.
Let us show together how we are enough for ourselves and how to take care of your loved ones to all the other generations that are yet to come.
There's nothing more satisfying than knowing your loved one is safe and sound, worry-free and cheerful, and that a deed of yours allowed somebody(simply anybody who needed help and care) to think and change for the better and positive!
We can and we will do it!
    We will!!

Plus I am trying to learn to juggle, hopefully that will help as per your other podcasts. Your work is very much appreciated by me. Thanks Jo

Okay, so I got a question, that may seem a little stupid.. Is it okay to smoke weed on non regular bases? Like every couple weeks. Or is it really true that you instandly get stupid as soon as you smoke weed? I heard da vinci smoked weed. Since I started smoking weed a couple months ago I didn't really notice any difference to before^^ I really like weed but if it is really bad for me I would stop.. It's just so hard to find out whether it's bad or not because everybody either tells me "ye smoke weed it's so nice" or more likely "don't even look at weed or you die instand!!1!"
Would be happy if I could get an answer🤗
