I wholeheartedly support this. This Board marks is a completely useless way of taking students. Boards vary. We cannot use those marks for DU admissions.
Debate, exams, sports, speaking skills, writing skills all have to be considered when we bring in students.
We need to get a set of diverse students for colleges not a big set of memorising students who are able to memorize everything for a board exam.
We need good sportsmen, good debaters, good quizzers, good memorisers all types of students with a diverse background and that should be our idea of a college.

Exactly. Also even if there was a uniform board exam it would have been okay. But different boards with different marking schemes and different exams is insane.

If not boards, then entrance exams are there.🙄 Nobody spoke of extra curricular activities taking a role in admisions.🙄

The Coaching Center argument needs to be debunked. Coaching centres mushroom because schools and school teachers suck. They can't problem solve. They have low IQ and motivation to solve entrance level problems and are afraid of exams because this will expose their fake degrees and they will have to work hard to educate students and can't just mark certain paragraphs and ask students to vomit those or give sureshot question banks which reward only memorization even in subjects such as math. Look at TN and Kerala. One thing will be clear . Kerala and TN will suffer so badly because of this as they have grade inflated for a decade and destroyed their education system by passing everybody hence the aversion to NEET and JEE. Scared of being insulted and found out. The CUCET should include an aptitude and 10th grade math and english like CSAT as minimum qualification criteria so that woke city types are avoided in these universities. This will contrary to speculation enhance and give more opportunities and objectively fair results to rural and SC ST students particularly from UP Bihar and Rajasthan who work very hard compared to their other state counterparts. Bye bye Kerala and TN hopefully you buckle up before it's too late. Sadly your fellow wokes in USA are copying you now ,if only they had looked at what happened to your jobless and low income grads.

That's all okay but how do you think an arts student is going to do if we also include 10th grade maths z what about students like me who come from small states like Bihar and suck at maths ??

Why can't DU use blended mode and call students in batches? Everyone would agree that even a day's offline class would be far more valuable than a whole year online. The world never stops, the real world actually finds a way around every adversity. It's surprising to see the head of an institution speak with so much uncertainty!

Delhi University ke exam bhi online karwa do sir ji.Classes 80% online hui hai, jisme apko pta hi hai kaisi padhai rahi, aur exams offline ho rahe. Depressed hai students, protest kar rahe toh police berehmi se maar rahi, suicidal thoughts hi aate aab.

    Hello everyone,
Due to some emergency, I was not able to fill 4th semester exam form but the college has taken up all the exams. Then after that I have filled 5th semester exam form and gave those exams. When I was in last semester I.e. 6th semester the college said that you will not be promoted bcoz you have not filled the 4th semester but in order to complete all the dues you just need to give 4th sem exams along with 6th sem exams.
I just did what the university said.
But now neither am I able to download the marksheet, nor I am getting a proper support from the campus. What should I do next ?
I have my cfa exam on November and it won't be possible to sit in examination without having proper graduation degree.
This is to inform that there are lot of students who gets trapped in these situations.
    Please support 🙏 ❤️
