Hey I downloaded your app. I have a question I been tryin to get answered. I’m a 34 year old beginner. I have worked out in the past but always eventually gave up. How often should I do this workout to build muscle ? And is this on your app ?
Problem with these types of workouts is that most of the sets aren't taken close enough to failure because you set them at 40 seconds. You need to be at most 5 reps shy of failure to build muscle
maybe you do. I could do too 20 of the movements that I wouldn't fail until 30 and if I repeated enough I'll get bigger and stronger and more veins with no pain. you mean to get the most growth. because to get some groth is a lot easier than most people think.

You can't FAKE the FUNK

You can get the sets to failure by increasing the weight of the exercise that you are doing and you will definitely hit failure before the 40 seconds
