Kelly, I'm in my fifties, I have a bunch of dumbbells and a weight bench in my house, I get lots of good ideas from TH-cam videos and write them down so I have a routine. I do go to the gym to do machines 2 to 3 days a week. I feel so much better.
We are getting older and we need to do this. I hope you keep it up !

I just bought a new incline bench from Dick's Sporting Goods and I set it up today. Now I can do workouts I couldn't do before. I'm happy to have it.

Great video, How many sets?
Would this be considered a full upper body workout? I’m also using a bench press at the start of my workout
Edit: minus a dedicated ab workout
worked out for the first time in 10 years yesterday did 30 reps of 30lbs of those tricep workouts with the dumbbells my arms are feeling sore today

So, should I try and hit them all in one session a few times a week? Or choose two workouts a day for 5 days out of the week and leave the remaining 2 left in the week for resting?
I know very little but ima try and do one part only each day like Mon chest, Tues legs, rest Wed, Thurs back, Fri arms, rest sat and Sun lol

You look really healthy
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
