I used sugar and coconut scalp scrub for 1st time. Believe me,I am shocked with the result. My scalp is now too much fresh and I feel healty scalp. It reduces my dandruff, scalp itching and grizz. You can use white sugar with any oil. But make sure that you donot scrub your scalp too much and harshly. Must oil your hair before scrubbing because it can make easy your scrubbing.
Thanks LITTLE DIY for this video.

A quick reminder: don't be harsh on ur scalp when scrubbing. ( Yeah i did the same mistake😅)

I modified the recipe, as I suffer from fungal acne on my scalp, and I can't tolerate coconut oil.
I used fresh aloe vera gel and white sugar. I always use an aloe vera and honey hair mask before I wash my hair. It softens the excess buildup and I find that the scrub removes it easier, without irritation.
I think I will be adding a tiny bit of baking soda next time.
I recommend this version to those suffering from seborrheic dermatitis and fungal acne.

It has been a month since I incorporated this into my routine, and I would like to make an update, aimed mainly to those who suffer from excessive oiliness/fungal acne/seborrheic dermatitis, etc.
Sugar was doing a good job, yet I found I needed something stronger to scrub the gunk that causes ichiness and hair loss. I then turned to sea salt, which showed somewhat better results.
The real game changer, however, was when I replaced sea salt with Epsom salts. It gently cleansed my scalp, removing the buildup, without causing irritation.
After two years, my hair loss has almost completely stopped. I used to lose a handful of hair every time I would wash it, but now I barely lose 30 hairs.
      I absolutely recommend Epsom salts!

I tried the baking soda with shampoo and olive oil scrub.. I did shampoo my hair 3 days before this scrub application.. I didn't apply any oil on my hair too.Usually my hair doesn't feel that silky if I don't apply oil the night before shampoo application. But after using the scrub my hair got soft and silky,my scalp felt super fresh as if I conditioned my hair or applied any hair mask.. I just rinsed it off with normal water..no extra shampoo ,no conditioner,nothing.. I really really loved this simple remedy.. i will definitely try the coffee scrub too.

Today I tried the sugar scrub.. I did shampoo my hair 3 days before.. did not apply any oil. Today I just wet my hair, applied that scrub and then rinsed it off with shampoo followed by conditioner. The peppermint felt so relaxing and fresh.and the hair looks much more beautiful than I expected.I got a very shiny silky soft hair with a super clean scalp..trust me.but make sure you exfoliate the scalp very very gently. Otherwise you will notice a little bit more hairfall than usual..😅
I liked the baking soda scrub too. But I really love this sugar one more.. I wanted to try the ground coffee one but we only drink instant coffee at home..

I really love all this but I would recommend switching the coconut oil for something else!
Coconut oil will clog your pores - which is exactly the opposite of what you want your scalp scrub to do, right? 😌😊
I also don't recommend using baking powder/soda (?) on your scalp very often as it will cause hair damage and fall.
    Lots of love!

      @eduardaarrais 4 ปีที่แล้ว

@@studiosilver5409 honey is a good choice too! Especially "natural" honey, and with this I mean honey bought straight from the producer instead from a store.
My godfather has bees and produces honey and the honey is much more thicker, rich in antioxidants and vitamins, and it actually has a grainy texture? Works amazing for to exfoliate my scalp.
The problem is that it is too sticky and thick, so to apply it I actually have to heat it up and mix with a bit of water.
Never tried honey in a exfoliant mask, though, and for your specific hair type it will take a bit of trial and error to find a good recipe.
Store bought honey is fine btw! It's just that after trying honey straight out of the beehive I'm pretty much convinced that the store bought kind is not just straight up honey (maybe diluted with water and other ingredients to make more of it). But I know not everyone can get the "good" stuff, and besides, the store bought version is much easier to apply :)

I did the coffee and olive scrub, without the tee tree oil.
It worked for me! But it was very messy and getting the coffee out of my hair was a nightmare. It might be because I have so much curly hair? I'm not sure.

You put in 6 drops of tea tree oil. instead of 2... I counted ! Was that the recommended amount or a mistake on your part? It as to be accurate as too much or too little can be a big deal. I like the simplicity and easy to follow recipe. I want to make # 1 and # 2. I need this . Thanks

essential oils are very potent, it depends on how your skin will react to them. They are different dilution methods like 1% 2% or even 5% dilution of essential oils. If you are new I would suggest using not more than 2 drops but if you are comfortable using essential oils then u can use more.. :)
