Hey ,your video is awesome ,but in our home we don't have a weighing machine so if you could explain the measurements in a convenient way it would be really great.🙏
Chemistry requires computing formulation by weight to ensure accuracy especially when using preservatives so a weighing scale is essential. If anyone is serious in doing this they should get a weighing scale. No teaspoons or cups. This isn't a kitchen recipe.
Even good chefs are chemists who measure by weight. next question is where to find the geogard and xantham for a decent price, and if they left out any steps?
By freezing you can avoid preservatives

Geogard is preservative for water-based products. It is not optional. It's also sold under another name: preservative eco. If you can't find it, look up natural and synthetic preservatives for cosmetics and see which are available where you live.

Same prinkem here. I'M living outside the US in a less developed nation. I very much doubt that I can find anything but the aloe vera itself here. And licorice oil???
Zinc sulfate or any liquid zinc has also preservative like qualities as does honey. Maybe that would be something to look into?

We can make aloe water at home....
We just need to boil the fresh aloe gel on the stove. Just remove the froth occasionally...
After sometime you get aloe water

No need to add any water while boiling?
Can you use citric acid (lemon juice) as a preservative?
Can you use gelatin as a thickener and get the benefits of collagen along with the Aloe Vera?
Citric acid is not a preservative! It will change the pH of the product which will reduce the growth rate of bacteria but it will not prevent bacterial growth. There is a lot of fear mongering with preservatives. Do your research and find a natural and clinically proven preservative that works for you or keep your product in the fridge. Lemon will also be harsh on hair and skin.
As for gelatin, I'm reading you should use twice as much as xantham gum, but I would be worried about the heat from gelatin killing some of the aloes nutrient content. Worth a try !

Where can you buy the various items(example roseship, glycerine, hibiscus oil) you add to the aloe vera gel. I have small bottles, glass jars, medical gauze, hand beater, soaked 1 aloe vera but haven't cut it.

What if we don’t want to add the preservatives and gum powder then for how many days will it stay fresh or good to use? What are the substitutes for the preservatives and that gum powder if it is necessary for using?
The gel will only last for 7 days in the refrigerator so u have to use a preservative
