I don’t understand why the interviewer was incapable of asking any reasonable questions. For the major part of the interview it was always about Mannan and their dynamics between Rajini and her. Why would he not ask about her struggles in becoming that star that she became, how much work she had put into that, what was her way of tackling the patriarchal society and film politics and how did she hold her ground besides everything that was happening then. It is such a wasted opportunity. Women would be so inspired if she at least spoke openly about her struggles and how she overcame them.

@@UCX1cs5tmyes true. It is always about some director or actor or musician. Very little about the person themselves. Kind of shows the mindset. They care too little about the person sitting in front of them and giving them their time - especially women.
