This is true but also I think a lot of artist who struggle allready know this. The thing is social media, connecting with other people, making enough contactpoints as you say with others that will bring them closer to making a sale. I know a lot of artist, including myself, who find it very difficult to connect socially. They dont want to throw all there inner struggles and thoughts on the internet. Thats why they make art! That is their way to communicate with others. I need my art to make those contactpionts with others, my art should be in the spotlight not me as a person. But that is just not how it works with social media.
@@thomasdijkstra7321 Why do you have to share ALL of your "struggles" and every thought in order for people to relate to you? I've related to people in 3 minutes of the right conversation. So, you come on. :)
And I will!! :) Its probably because I am a very complicated person and need way more than 3 minutes...ha...to be honest most of the time I myself dont even know why I paint things and would 3 minutes be filled with a lot of ..."eh's" and "I dont know's" So conclusion probably: talk with a psychologist...
Your channel is GOLD. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and being honest and so generous with us. Blessings!!!!
My pleasure!
Yep!! This is so true! Trying to do it all, and getting overwhelmed and burnt out by it. Not seeing the results you are hoping for.
Agree about the ‘too many choices’ thing!
It's very real.
@@stopthestarvingartist loving the course btw. I’m working my way steadily though it and it’s very very helpful
