Safety tip for anyone reading : One thing to note on a chain hoist, is the chain can run away under load. The last motion before you let go of a chain has to always be 2 clicks in the upward direction. This locks it off so it shouldn’t slip. Never leave a chain loose. Just two clicks in the up direction and you’re safe.
Edit : for clarity, do not let your last motion be lowering the chain. Always raise the chain by two clicks before you let go. This locks it off.

So basically it clicks twice to lock in otherwise jt breaks

Amazing idea man, I have the 190lbs aqua bag and I have it on my pullup bar and I still want to be able to take it down & still be able to use the bar/re hang it and I've been thinking of different ways of doing it. You sir have saved me alot of pain and work to move it. Your hands down one of the best fight gear review channels around. Thank you brother from 🇨🇦 🙌🏻

Good stuff Carlo!! I’m definitely in a hat situation living alone with nobody to help me hoist up m bag. So I backed my pickup truck into my garage lifted my bag onto the bed of the truck and stood it up so I could hook it to the hanger. Not the safest... but got it done. 😊

I bought a heavy bag to hang from the ceiling but i live alone and had no help hanging it! Luckily i saw your video and saved my life! Instantly i knew that this was the only safe, easy and quick solution. I bought the same chain hook from a retail shop near my house. It's really worth it!!!

Cool thing to use, i always thought about something like this, are there smaller version of that device? It would have been nice if the device to work faster, not to need to pull so much on the chain. Dunno if i can find such thing in my country and small shitty city! BTW, you resemble Tawanchai!

Nice! I live in a small apartment with ceiling tiles so nothing to hook a chain hoist on to, or no room for all that stuff but I found some creative ways to hang the bag myself. I use 80-100 pounds which I can pick up easily with two arms bear hugging it, as it is about half my weight of 170. But I can't let go with one hand to raise the chain up or the bag slips out of my arm, especially the slippery canvas like material Everlast nevatear. 40 LBS I can lift up as it is lighter and shorter and can hook that up easily standing on a chair. So what I did was taped the rings together like you did with zip ties in another video I think with your So helping connect it. I live alone so no helper, so I stuffed a yoga block inside the straps to hold them up, and keep the ring upright. Then I set my other heavy bag on top a chair laying down, and put my 100 pound bag on top of that which is a lot higher. I could then bear hug up onto the hook depending on what hook method I use. I also have an S-hook as well which works great to put it on quick. I also tied a bungy cord around the bag stand up top, then ran it down through the hook and to the bag D-ring, which then helps pull and guide the ring up to the hook, which is not really needed with the chair/bag and yoga block. So yeah I always find a way lol. I also love your speed bag platform you built and I always wanted to do one like that, but I had no idea they had the perfect sized 24 inch round board already cut at Lowes and Hope Depot so that is awesome! I have limited tools so I was worried I would have to cut one out by hand. I may try and attach one to my Everlast stand also to see how that works, which would be a lot more sturdy than the particle board one, and ad pro swivel. Then maybe put one on the wall or two together since I have drywall, and not sure if the stud is in the right place yet as I need to buy a stud finder. I have been doing boxing, full contact karate, and kicking boxing for 40 years now since age 7, and MMA since 1993. But yeah great videos man keep it up!
