    The RealReal lost a tiffany necklace of mine and I let them know that I would take them to small claims court in my hometown. They delayed and delayed, and finally I told them they had to settle with me by 5pm or the next day I was going to file a suit. Right at 4:50 they settled with me.

      I did get the amount I wanted. It would cost them to much to send their legal counsel to travel to my area to defend themselves, so they settled@@CravingLux

    So sorry you’ve had such a costly, bad experience. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’ll never, ever do business with them. This should have all been handled with phone calls instead of a slew of emails that are confusing. Such poor, poor customer service.

    You need to get a consultation with an attorney because they stole your bag and need to be held accountable! I feel so bad for you this is sucha f-ed up situation. Rebag is a disgusting company!!!

    This is infuriating. There needs to be an investigating on Rebag's company as a whole. Can you reach out to a media outlet about this? Just like Cosette. #cancelrebag

    Girlfrienddddd!! Take that money and run! I'm so glad your educating everyone on this. I was looking into selling some of my bag's to Rebag your first video halted my decision to do so. Thank you for that it's most appreciated. You saved me some possible future grief. I truly hope everything works out for you. Hang in there and keep your chin up.     Insanely horrible “service”…
    I have heard this type of stuff over and over again about rebag. I will never sell to them now!!! Are they registered with the BBB? I didn’t think they were.

      Exactly and I use to advocate for them and even got credits promoting them. I feel so sick about that now. No they aren’t registered with the BBB but they have a lot of complaints with them

    Apparently they cannot even read basic emails saying send your bags back!!! I wonder if they already sold them or what’s going on there. Truly a disaster

Also the audacity to (a) not send ALL of your stuff back, (b) sending things back worse than when you sent them and (c) KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!!! I can’t. This latest round of shenanigans actually devalues the items they did send back. I can’t. Take them to court! Get your coins 🪙

    file a small claims action for your stuff. it would seem your evidence supports they got it. they are not going to resolve this on their own or they would have by now. they suck will never ever buy from them. Thanks for saving us the trouble😢

    NEVER send the original receipt when selling/consigning bags. Always send a copy. They toss them out anyways

      Thank you 🙏🏻 I just got a response email from them and it’s frustrating. They should be sending my two other bags back now. And they said the 500 was only if I completed my original trade. Clearly that isn’t what they said in the email.

    Nothing more unprofessional than a company putting the onus on the unsuspecting customer experiencing an issue thru no fault of their own. There seem to be more and more companies placing a buyer at their mercy without any real concern except for their company’s bottom line. This is an extremely ugly look by Rebag. Pathetic. And not to mention patronizing you with the insulting link on packaging.
