    Just started watching your series on Rebag. I am horrified. I'm also a diamond member and was not aware that they don't insure items going to and from. I will no longer be using their services. It's just not worth it! Thanks so much for sharing!

    Customer service is nonexistent anymore. It is disgusting. It will only change when we stop shopping with these places.

    Yeesh. I’m so sorry. I had a VERY SIMILAR experience, except with fashionphile. I have had only good experiences selling to FP, seamless and it’s SUPER FAST! Anyway long story short- I sold them a vintage Fendi bag, they said they received an empty box. My heart dropped and my anxiety sky rocketed! It’s so stressful!!! They did an investigation and in the end gave me my credit, based on my history, (I don’t even return bags, I have sold them lots of high end bags including Chanel). It was stressful, scary, annoying, and all of the bad emotions. I haven’t sold anything since, that left such a bad taste in my mouth. Something shady is going on and I don’t know if it’s the shipping companies or these businesses! It’s crazy!!! Please keep us posted, hoping you get a good resolution. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

      I think its the shipping companies.
      Experienced this with several stores. The worst for me was Adidas. Never ever buying very expensive special editions there anymore. If one have to return. Just saying.
      The world/people are unhinged after the plague imo.

    All of this is ridiculous! I think it’s pretty standard for both FedEx and the receiver (in this case Rebag) to note when there is damage. So to now say there is damage is fishy. Sad too because why I didn’t sell to them I bought from them all the time and knowing I am responsible for the bag once it leaves the warehouse is terrifying!

    I am suspicious of rebag now after hearing all these bad things. I have sold 1 thing to them and it went well but it was a low value item, relatively speaking. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

      My pleasure. Bottom line our items are insured when we send them. Even they check them in to their system they are still not going to insure them. They are just going to claim glitch and they never got it.

    With everything you have said in your closing segment is the exact reason why I would not ever deal with ReBag. I have my own issue with FashionPhile and the games they have started playing this year. Resale is not safe anymore for many reasons : ( I truly hope you get your money from these scum bags!!!

    I’ve never used Rebag and based on this I won’t. Thank you for that. However the deliver can be an issue. I’ve had an issue with them and a delivery. I hope you get this resolved. Thank you.

    Oh wow I am shocked. thank you for sharing this story. this is just unethical and wrong, and I hope you get justice!! I too was a loyal buyer and seller at Rebag, but I won’t be doing so anymore.

    Wow I’m so impressed that you look after us and don’t let them scam you . I will never deal with rebag . Don’t they realize that they are in business because of customers and word of mouth can ruin their business. I hate that you’re going through this.     Im looking at all your uodates on rebag! Wow all of this is insane! So when you make a purchase and they ship bag to you, it's not insured or is that only when you do a return?

    I'm so sorry this happened to you. Not even sure that's been a glitch, it just appears to be poor management due to the different teams working there: someone found the bags and registered their arrival in the system, without knowing that others had already claimed previously that the bag didn't arrive...

    If there’s value in your box it’s naive to assume it won’t be stolen. The world has changed. You can’t trust anyone or anything. You have to buy and sell your bags in person.

    I find it very suspect that as soon as the TOS were updated, bags go missing. It's the perfect loophole for thefts to take place and claim no responsibility. Will never deal with them in the future. TFS

      Yep and they said they have stopped having insurance because it was too expensive due to fraud. That speaks volumes.
