    Rebag used to be reputable, but they really tarnished their reputation this year. I’ve been hearing and reading a lot of complaints about them lately.

    Thank you sooooo much for this warning!!! I just sent in 6k worth of my things for buyout. I also received a email confirmation that their department had received all of my items, which like you, were sent in two separate large boxes due to the size of everything. Strangely, one day, I received a text from customer service saying that they appreciated me, wanting to sell my items to them, and that they were awaiting the arrival of my items. I about crapped in my pants when I saw that and quickly emailed them a screenshot of the emails that showed that my items had been received, which I took just to have as a reference. Then they came back with a text saying oh sorry, please forgive us, we do see that it was received, and please disregard the prior text. Lord have mercy, I guess I was lucky that they didn’t try to pull any more shenanigans with me. I was not aware of their risk of loss terms. I will no longer be buying or selling to them! Thank you for saving me a headache! I hope your situation works out! 🙏🙏🙏

      Thank goodness! I'm glad this has worked out for you. Just video yourself opening the items if you are doing a trade with them, Some people have had empty boxes shipped to them.

    I believe it to be the company themselves, this is how unscrupulous they are. I think Rebag as a company are just stealing, lying and defrauding people willingly. I swear I would watch for your bag on their site. I feel it in my gut they are the absolute worst of the worst. I’m hoping you get a good resolution and they pay you for the bag they stole. ❤❤❤❤❤

    Thank you for sharing your horrific experience with Rebag. When a business doesn’t care enough to pick up a phone to have a discussion with a client-you know they do not place value in customer service or retention. I’m sorry you had to deal with this. I had a similar situation with Saks and was treated horribly. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and finally received a full refund on a return item that Saks had “mishandled” due to receiving issues (such as employee theft). I hope all gets resolved and that you get full and adequate compensation for the items they took. I won’t be supporting Rebag by making any further purchases there.

      Thank you for sharing your story with me. I’m not holding my breath with getting compensated but I will make sure to spread awareness of what has happened and maybe a news outlet will pick up the story. I think that’s the only thing that gets through to these companies.

    OMG, I follow you as a Subbie. I literally just placed an order with Rebag and instantly regretted it after watching just 5 minutes of this video. Pissed that I didn't see this when searching "Rebag Reviews". UGH!

      🤞🏻🤞🏻 that it all goes well just film everything when you open it. Also they don’t let you return any final sale so make sure you screen record that it wasn’t final sale when you bought it.

    Oh gosh! Im on the Better Business Bureau looking at the complaints with Rebag and they are horrible! What the heck! Some are from Feb 2024....which is NOW! Uugh! Wish I looked them up before hand! I can't get through to anyone by phone either! Their number is listed with the hours to call, yet regardless of when you call, even during the hours specified, its always an automated computer ! I hope they reimbursed you for your "lost" bag!

      Better to be safe. They sent an empty box recently to one of my TH-cam friends. 😩 she was able to dispute with her bank but lost the money from the bag she traded. I have her video linked in my community tab

    I’ve never done business with them and I now never will. I only buy from and sell to FP and Yoogi’s closest. I’ll stick with them. I love that we have a FP in Scottsdale. When I sold my jumbo classic flap I drove it to them. I didn’t want the worry or stress of shipping it.
    Rebag certainly has shown that they don’t value their clients. This can’t possibly end well for them.

    This is heartbreaking! I know you were such an advocate of Rebag! Your prior videos were the reason I decided to buy and sell with them. The last time I purchased I noticed that I had a very short return policy, luckily I kept the item and had it authenticated from another company. Obviously I am sad that this happened to you, and I imagine your frustration, anger and anxiety have risen to astronomical levels!!! Thank you so much for sharing this information and awful experience with us!!! I’m holding on to hope that somehow this situation gets a proper and satisfactory resolution!!!🙏🥰💖

    It was Fed Ex . So so sorry .I keep listening to your video and I rewinded over and over again . Fed ex peeped that there was Louis Vuitton in there and they took it and repackaged it . So so sorry wow.

    Oh gosh. I will trust God that the LV Noe Petit i just ordered from Rebag arrives to me in the "great" condition that they advertised. Issues noted was slight odor, darkening and watermarks but the little pics they did take shows barely any issues however they took zero pics of the strap! Why not?! Thats so annoying. I hope bag arrives and will not get stolen in shioment to me. Uugh...i usually shop FP but Rebag had better pricing with a 15% off so i decided to go with them. The pics didn't even include pics of the vachetta strap at all but it was marked "great" so i took a chance.

    Wow! I’m sorry younger to go through this. I have had good experience with my one sell and couple of purchases, but I am not purchasing a thing from them in the future. I have heard so many people and their challenges with this company lately. They need to get their ish together for sure!

    Check your receipt from your shipping company usually is a weight of your box. ( that’s also your proof that you shipped all your items) rebag will send you the box back with a different weight check their info

      Thank you. It’s the first time I sent that many items to them. I didn’t realize they didn’t insure their shipping anymore. Basically they are saying the item probably went missing with fedex because the box arrived damaged and open. Still no footage sent to me.

      I was feeling “okay”‘about their store on EBay with the Authenticity Guarantee. Not that eBay is infallible but it was an extra layer of protection. Between you and @WinnieBeeLV I’ve now removed them from my eBay Saved Sellers (which eBay makes surprisingly tricky!?). I’m not dealing with any company treating customers this way!

    It’s says Louis Vuitton it might as well say take me . So sorry . Wow it was clear they tampered with the box . I take pictures of everything I send out . And how I packaged them. That is absolutely outrageous. But I think it was Fed Ex .

      Yeah I use to think all of this but if you watch my most recent video Rebag changes it’s story again on how the box was sent to them I also found out that they also never contacted FedEx to file a claim when they said they were contacting them. Still haven’t sent my other two bags back to me yet either 😩

    ask for the video of them opening the package. if the stage a new video you can see the specs on the time of recording etc.

    The handbag housewife told me to watch your video. I recently filmed a Rebag horror story I just haven’t uploaded yet. I did a trade order with Rebag, long story short they accepted the trade and sent the item I purchased to me. However, and I have this ALL recorded too by the way because I was so excited I wanted to do a true unboxing for a YT short, my package was EMPTY! Just a Rebag dustbag! That’s all! They told me it would take 1-2 business days to get this sorted because I did send the video etc. but it’s been 4 days now and nothing. I’m thinking I should just do a chargeback to them and demand they send my item back. They are claiming to blame FedEx however the dustbag was packaged pretty well. The item was also a final sale item but still VERY expensive. I’m distraught. Do you have any recommendations for me? I’m just still in disbelief and now I’m not only out of my purchase but out of my trade as well. I also recently had a bad experience with them with selling, but this trade was already in the works. And took what it seems like, was forever!!

      Wow that’s terrible 😞 since you have the video you can prove it wasn’t tampered with or damaged. I would let them know you are going to complain to consumer protection services of NY if they don’t give you your money back for the item lost. The link is in my last video. When I did this they sent my trade items back to me right away. So sorry this happened to you. Keep me posted you can always message me on instagram (same name) if you need anything.

    I sent them a prada bag and it went to a warehouse where a John Smith sign it with UPS so I got credit on my first offer because UPS track the whole transaction. I am too scared to send them anything else because of that situation😳

      Now they don’t insure their packages and I have that the signed but they are claiming it’s now a loose seal and they aren’t even sure if the bag was in there to begin with. They are sending my other stuff back

Crazy too with how high of a member you are and how you’ve worked with them in the past, and your following on social media. What a mess! I did not know that their customer service wasn’t in the US, and that you can’t even speak with them. Wow

    Yeah I bought from them on poshmark once and now I won’t ever again. It’s getting really unsafe to sell online now, which sucks. I always record myself packaging my stuff, but even then they could say you opened it afterwards and took the item out. This sucks I’m sorry

      Yes this is awful! At this point to sell by mail to anyone we should pay extra for FedEx or UPS or whoever to box/package our items themselves, while you film with associates’ permission just as a back up, and pay for insurance on our end.
      I’ve never tried to sell anything yet, but I’d stick with FP or some in-person shop.
      I’m sure there has been beaucoup customer fraud but Rebag has made all the wrong decisions to mediate that. And now seem to have gone over to the Dark Side.
