Thank you SO MUCH for making this video! I have only had one experience with Rebag and it was horrendous. I bought an LV Petite Boite Chapeau that had a broken clasp making the bag unusable. I sent photos right away, as soon as it was delivered and showed them the images from their listing of it that clearly showed an undamaged clasp. No one ever answered their phone line and the chat agent would take 2 days to get back to me for each and every question/response. It took 3 weeks but I finally received a return shipping label. 2 weeks after that, I received my refund but it was $40 less than what they owed. I sent several messages inquiring about the $40 short coming and have never received a single response. I recommend everyone avoid Rebag like the plague. Don't sell/trade them your bags, don't shop from them. Eventually they will stop having inventory and shoppers & sellers will take their business to the competition.
OMG thanks for sharing this. They charge you 40 shipping to return a bag!! Apparently the bags are stored terribly and thrown around according to Glassdoor employee reviews of working there. Thank you for sharing your story

I am a huge fan of Fashionphile, and while they have also changed some of their terms regarding return time frames and shipping costs, I still feel comfortable with the integrity of the company and products sold. from your videos im not even willing to risk buying from them. thank you for sharing. i agree with FP they are great, im just sad their return policy changed from 30 days to 15 days of the shipped date. im okay with them charging the $14.99 because i bet people really abused it and plus its a reasonable price to honestly try on a bag.

UGH! This is so terrible! I've never purchased from Rebag but I never will. I have sold to and purchased many items from Fashionphile and have never had a problem. I hope they take a hard look at their business practices, but it sounds like maybe it's too late.
