Thank you so much for sharing my video again! I too am so surprised this happened to me. But horrible things seem to be happening more often with Rebag. Horrible. I gotta say I’m sad I won’t be able to trust them/shop with them any longer. I loved Rebag for so long and I’m so sad they treat loyal customers like us so poorly. Bad experience but glad to have met you!
I’ve shopped on the Luxury Closet before. I’ve also shopped on Yoogi’s, but someone recently commented on my video saying they’re affiliated with Rebag? Do you know how true that is? I also LOVEEE LuxeHunt!! I have the luxe pass too! 😂. I NEED to check out the place you got your B30!! So cool.
I have no idea about the yoogi’s closet! I know Rebag is selling with fabfitfun and thredUP now. I will have to do some research on yoogi’s. Hope that’s not true. I like selling to them.

Just when you think they can’t get any worse, they do. I had purchased a bag from them via eBay and figured eBay would cover me if there were issues. It took three weeks for them to ship it to the eBay authenticators and guess what?! eBay authentication straight rejected the bag and refunded my money. They sent me an email saying it didn’t meet their standards and didn’t even bother sending me pics to review (which tells me it was really not as described). I definitely dodged a bullet but won’t EVER send them a bag. Crooks.

I did reach out but it’s expensive to sue and even when you win Rebag doesn’t pay your attorney bills. Also you have to sue them in their state so theirs travel and you have to get a NY Lawyer. Unfortunately it can add up quickly
Not sure about buying anything from Dubai at the moment. City has received two years worth of rain in 24 hours. Dubai International Airport is almost at a standstill, streets are flooded as well as two luxury shopping malls. Just watched a video showing workers at Chanel, Fendi, Van Cleef & Arpels and Dior trying to sweep water out of these stores. As deceptive and dishonest as Rebag have been, wondering if a flood in their warehouse(s) could be on the horizon?
