So sorry this happened, Jess. Rebag is awful. If they don't return the rest of your items and compensate you for the bag they stole, before shelling out cash for a private attorney, consider filing complaints both with your state's attorney general's office and the NY state attorney general's office (or whatever state Rebag is actually incorporated in). Most/all AG offices have consumer protection divisions whose sole purpose is to investigate and prosecute shady/fraudulent business practices and recover funds on behalf of complainants
I think you should cut your losses and run. This is going to just continue to cause you stress. You saved us from Rebag, so thank you. Never using them again.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. Prayers up that this gets resolved asap. Thank you for sharing your story. Due to your awful experience along with others I will never sell to them. There seems to be a lot of complaints against Rebag. I will stick with fashionphile, Yoogi’s Closet and Bag Borrow or Steal. Thanks again for sharing

Did you check the weight of the both shipments? If the first shipment weighs more than shipment 2, doesn't that indicate there are more items when you shipped it?
FedEx didn’t weight it. Both boxes 📦 shipped have the same weight on it online. I think it’s the labels they use.

Let them know if you don’t hear from them soon you will be file a complaint with the new your consumer protection services.
