FYI, when I measured out 2 cups of all-purpose flour (without packing it), it weighed just under 250 grams (not 300 grams) so adding 180 grams/ml of water to that will give you a very sticky 72% hydration that takes forever to knead instead of the 60% amount called for by weight. So be aware of that. If you don't have a scale then try about 2/3 cup water (158 ml) with that 2 cups of flour.
This is why having a scale is important. Everyone scoops and measures a "cup" of flour differently. It also depends on flour as well. Whole wheat weighs more.
A European cup is larger than a US cup. The US cup in ml is 240g .......UK cup in ml is 250g US 2 cups unsifted flour = 240g US 2 cups sifted flour = 220g

Получится ТАБА БӘЛІШ, с казахского языка- пирог на сковороде. ОЧЕНЬ вкусно, особенно, мясной фарш+сыр. Еще мне нравится тертая морковь +сыр, тыква+сыр, творог+сыр, натертый картофель+ сыр. Сыр придает особый вкус! Из Казахстана 🇰🇿
