To launch, shove it in Dynamic, turn traction off from the switch above ash tray at centre console, put foot on brake, floor the accelerator and when ready take foot off brake quickly 💨
After stage 1 it's even better. How its meant to have come out from factory. Mpg has improved as well going fro avg 22 - 25 to 28-32. Super pleased with the purchase :)
Make sure you a get proper tune done as a cheap one can damage the car. Unicorn motorsport, MRC and R tech are all good tuners who do a custom map for the MK3 TT
The Audi Quattro system is full time all wheel drive with a rear drive bias and redistributes torque based on road conditions, throttle inputs and driving modes.
Subd ❤ got a TT and love it, unfortunately it’s one of the newer ones and the ecu is still locked 😴 I’ve lowered it 40mm and spacers all round I think was 20mm rear and 16 front from memory. I’ve not got private plate yet but going to get the lambo hex plate rear when I do. Limo rear tint makes it look better too imo
I have the mk3 tt ultra s line in floret silver and love it to bits it's a manual diesel but my God it's quick think it's 184hp and tops out at 149mph Ave mpg is 61😊 the sat nav is just amazing but I hate opening the boot when it's raining all the water pours in from both sides lol yours looks great in grey by the way
Too much swearing! But good review. I have got a fitted fan assisted oven in the back, or two 22kg bags and two cabin bags for holiday. Not sure I would want to be a passenger when you were driving!😊
@@H19XNS It could be slightly different on the MK3 as they have driver profiles. Worth exploring! Also record your first reaction to the launch...it's quite an experience
Drive mode must be in Dynamic S on MK3. Put foot on brake then accelerator all the way to the floor...rev limiter will hold it and then release brake and fly 🚀
I love my 2016 TTs..... ONE thing that annoys me.. and tbh its the only thing, the boot lid design makes rainwater drip into the boot ALOT.... can be solved by sticking some rubber or foam strips on the metalwork on the boot lid to reroute the water :p

I’ll be looking at stage 1 soon, any mods needed or can it just be upgraded without hardware
@H19XNS no hardware changes, it probably is the best stage 1 ready car in the market with most / ridiculous gains. Have fun :)

To launch them you turn off traction control then hold the accelerator and the brake down, then let go of the brake

Yes that is annoying and the window wash fluid coming into the car when used when driving with windows down 😂

I upgraded my basic 1.8 2016 TT, which I loved, to a TTS a few months ago, definitely recommend the move up!
I got the 2.0 tfsi and that perfect for what I need tbh
