damn i wish you were in the usa because i have a 2004 all black mk1 225 and my hatch has a rust bubble forming below the window and i need to replace the hatch and spoiler has a crack in it so i need a whole new hatch as most shops dont want to fix rust spots anymore which i find ridiculous. I would happily buy this from you in the states for parts for mine :( its exactly the color and everything i need dangit

I’ve had my mk3 for just over a year and it’s been amazing to drive, re-mapped, new air intake and changed the exterior a lot and it’s a beauty of a car. I’ve experienced some leaks with the oil unfortunately but other than that it’s fantastic and likely to keep working on the car 💪

I upgraded my basic 1.8 2016 TT, which I loved, to a TTS a few months ago, definitely recommend the move up!

Does it have maps in the virtual cockpit?

Hi ! I have fixed the Airbag fault by simply replacing the airbag ecu by a second hand one. About 50 €. I have tried the reseter device but the fault came back with the old one. Very sensitive device. Especially when one disconect the battery too often. The replacement solved the issue. At this point the reseter worked as it should.

Look after your nans drive mate. Why does the vag group make it so hard with fixings. Took me 5 hours to change headlight bulbs in my t5.1 absolute pain. Great work again mate 👍🏻

Nice one Andrew. The car looks bloody great and I love the front grille. 👌 The rear spoiler is a bit out there for me, but it looks good with the other mods you have done. I have the same car and had Revo Stage 1 map and it’s excellent. But I expect you’ll want to go beyond stage 1? Take care and hope you document your road trip?

i have a black mk1 225 like yours but i have sank a ton of money into it. its in the shop right now with only 90k miles needs gasket and solonoid assembly cost another 3grand after i already sank like 15k into it. so im looking at getting a newer car maybe tts or vw golf r. or maybe i should switch to honda so i dont have this crazy cost of maintenance all the time

which model tt is this? tt, tts or ttrs?

is this a regular tt or a tts? i would love to get a tts cause i cannot afford a ttrs but the regular tt does not have anywhere near the power of the tts. i drive a mk1 tt 225 stage 1 but i want a newer model i spent so much money into this car i could have a bought a mk7.5 gti by now instead or almost paid off a golf r or tts

Mate, that Febi Bilstein PCV will stick. You HAVE to get the genuine PCV valve as they are the only ones that are pressure tested. Autodoc will replace it, but they will just give you another one that will break. When you get sick of changing them, get the genuine one and it will last years. Had this issue with a 2.0TFSI A4.

Levi did a great job but I preferred the original grey. My mate’s gf used to have a Clio the colour of the new wrap. We used to call it “Helmet Blue”! 😂🤣💀

I have a 2013 OPC, BiXenon forward adaptive lighting is standard (trust me, you do not need foglights) , as well as dual climate control and heated front seats standard.Also approved by the German Orthopedic Society. It is high performance car so obviously the Brembo brakes are going to be costly to replace. I mean if you review a M3 for instance, obviously parts are going to be more costly than those of a Starlit or a Picanto's.....🤷‍♂️
