Can You Beat Fallout 4 While Completely Crippled And Over-Encumbered? (in text form)
You're gonna notice on your screen a series of numbers that are increasing at an alarming rate. Those of you with an eye for fashion will no doubt know that those represent time. In order to understand the pain I put myself through over the course of a single 4 day period, you need the timer. It will help keep things in perspective. With my character as true to life as inhumanly possible, I immediately f**ked up by not being broken on every level. The curtains don't yet match the drapes. Using a console command named after a joke I refuse to let die, the condition of both my arms, both my legs, my chest, and head are all set to 0. Thankfully by captain crunching my bones through the power of prayer, no amount of medicine will heal me. I can still use Stimpaks and other healing items while my limbs remain 100% crippled at all times. In that batch command is also a command to set my carry weight to 1.
Unlike my New Vegas Godless Pacifist run that I did on a whim, this one I did not. I thought I had a pretty good handle on things after I assigned my points, but a series of misfortunes happened to land on my lap. I'm not ready for that, you're not ready for that, let's come back to it. These are how I assigned my SPECIAL points so I could get a few useful perks as early as possible. The big 3 perks are Rooted, Aquaboy, and Idiot Savant. Rooted adds 25 to both energy and real damage resistance when you're not moving, Aquaboy coats your body in plastic wrap to keep you from taking radiation damage in various liquids, and Idiot Savant has been proven to be better at leveling you up quickly than maxed out Intelligence. If you're wondering about Gordon, it's the most slug-like name I could think of. Completely broken on every level now, a new bulletin told us about some possible rain later, and I hobbled towards the Vault. See how fast I'm moving indoors? That was the game f**king with me. This is me moving like someone who cares they're about the become the dust that irritates my nose 200 years from now.
It's so slow that if you stop for any reason your guy will attempt to get into the dying position. Based purely on guesswork because, I'd say it took me to double digit minutes just to walk to the Vault. It was kind of them to hold off the end of the world for me. I went down to the vault, got froze, thawed out, and the real game. See that guy in the upper right? You're gonna love him whether you like it or not. He’s here and he’s not going anywhere any time soon. Despite the cartoon guy moving faster than I do, I've got a few tricks up my skirt. First, there's the life saver, the only reason I continued this challenge in Fallout 4 after learning what comes later: the auto run button. Press it and you walk automatically. Next there's the melee attack shortcut discovered first by Cole Miners back in 2011. - เกม

I checked in for an update/upload. Last I heard he was in rehab and wouldn't be posting much. He grew a huge base of people who loved him and awaited every upload. This is where the real game begins.
@nekomata5198 I read in his subreddit that he unfortunately passed away while on his hiatus due to complications with his addiction. It really was unfortunate when in his content you can see just how creative, intelligent, and funny of an individual he was. He will definitely be missed, RIP mittensquad
It must be so liberating to be able to pick up everything indiscriminately the entire playthrough.
I raise my carry capacity by like 5000 when I start up a new TES/Fallout playthrough, can confirm it is indeed liberating.
Finally, you can really have the entire world in your back pocket...
it was super liberating when i used to play with cheat terminal, i had to train myself to only pick up ammo caps drugs and certain scrap
With high enough agility and endurance you can carry as much you want with the higher ranks of strong back, you just lose the ability to sprint and need to wait for ap occasionally. I usually run around with 13k to 20k pounds worth of stuff.

As I said; Playing a Bethesda game without manual saves is just asking for trouble. Auto saves in Bethesda games have a history of causing problems with running scripts still going, making the save unusable.
Besides, what's wrong with wanting a little challenge? Not like Fo4 is all that difficult anyway. I just don't want to reinstall Oblivion to crank up the difficulty on that, because it takes too long to get the mod list set up.

Yeah that's just what I want to do... Spend 99% of the game looking for a fake bed and 'sleeping'. 'Hard saves' are just so much quicker and more reliable.

I think X6-88 is the only companion to set off a faction war. And that's only with the Railroad. You can bring him onto the Prydwen and as long as you don't dismiss him he will not become hostile. For the most part companions are neutral towards factions. They may get pissed at some dialogue options but they don't really start any fights.

So with the Vertiberd Grenades I was actually able to beat Survival difficulty. Believe it or not, it’s actually faster than fast travel, and can actually discover new locations while you’re flying. Just don’t fly to or over anywhere around goodneighbor or your game will have a dozen and a half simultaneous seizures and flatline.

Theres an old lady who comes into my work every Wednesday at the same time every week, the first thing she does is come up to the customer service desk, ask us if we sell fish n chips. We explain its a supermarket we don't have cooked food besides hot roast chicken. She then slowly gos through every aisle asking every worker the same thing, walks over to the self serve counters, down that lane and asks the attendant if we sell fish n chips. Goes back into the store and then leaves.

I just found out last night that Paul died in December of last year. Super fucking bummed about that because he's one of the guys I watched religiously here and one of the guys who influenced me to start my own channel. Legit been struggling with the fact he has passed despite never meeting him or knowing him. I still plan on rewatching his challenge videos to keep his spirit alive, but man his dark humor surrounding his mortality and drinking hits differently now...and not in a good way. Rest in peace, Paul (Joseph). We'll miss you, man.

I know this play through was probably really annoying and agony. However, this is 100% my favorite video he’s made. I don’t know how many times i’ve watched it. The commentary as always is dynamic, informative and funny. and the mods he’s using have such nice aesthetics and of course the buzz and woody outfits are amazing. I really enjoy this play though thank you!

I always loved this video the most as I have disability issues that makes trying to survive in an apocalypse, uh, difficult. Just watch him walk here after all lol. I've seen a pretty good Keanu Reeves in Fallout 4, that was done by The Spiffing Brit. Though I guess Spiff didn't make the character look like himself, unless he's actually Keanu Reeves which I'll be honest I wouldn't put past him at this point.
