My shoulder "pops" when i rotate backwards, is that associated with weak supraspinatus? I also happen to injury my supraspinatus while doing pushups. thank you for helping me diagnose. My left shoulder is much more stronger than my right shoulder rn and has no problem rotating backwards.
Dunno i only felt bit of pain in test for biceps tend. (Uppercut shot) And i have been having problems with left shoulder for 2 years... Pain in front of the shoulder and clicking etc... My chiropactor told me that i need to strenght3n my rotator cuff and have been for 6 month now. The most complicated thing with shoulder is that it can be multiple things at once....Bad posture,pec tigthness,rotattor cuff weakness and biceps tend in one. I will do the work and exercises for biceps tend along with rotator cuff from your channel,lets see what happens

The best is, that your video about fixing the issue is quite old, so if i simply had done it a few times i probably also would have fixed my issue, but I'll just "blame" my adhd for it. Don't like doing things blind and hope they just work. Also currently feel like my mood is going up again, so I hope I'll do these often enough to see results, already feel much stronger in the right shoulder when pushing away from a wall, before richt side couldn't do anything and compared with the left side, where i have no problems, it was easy. Guess all that sitting on a desk in an asymetric fashing isn't good when done fpr 20 years haha. Maybe I should get a left handed mouse to switch sides when i am not gaming :p
Hello...oh my i tested positive for all of the tests😢...through daily stretching exercises i have healed about 50% in the last 30 days...ive hit a plateau now unfortunately.
When i do the bear paw exercise i get a pretty significant click as i raise the elbow and it feels tender to try to raise it. Any specific exercise I should target? Thanks!
This is called 'Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness' (DOMS). Muscle soreness can appear more than one day after a workout. Two is fairly common. Research actually indicates that it comes more from muscle-associated connective tissue (fascia) so doing some myofascial release of your shoulder capsule might help.
