Pretty sure it's a legit V1x, but the one you already had cut open is the current one (2023 model which is also on the market in 2024) and the refurbished one i agree with the other poster, that it looks like a 2013 version. Not surprised if they made those changes over 5 iterations of the ball. It's been 3 generations in between. As for the weight i don't know.
Have you seen balls like this one before? 🤔🏌️♂️
I believe the side logo on the refurbished ball is the 2013 ProV1X, just FYI, great video! 👍
Hey thanks that’s much appreciated! 👍🏌️♂️
Its an older model ProV1x and the refurbished balls have extra paint that falls off too easy, and the logo is always a lot thicker
Thanks, yes the logo did look a lot bigger! 👍🏌️♂️
Always mark your sharpie line across the “Refurbished” text. Then it’s Genuine 😉
Ha ha! That’s a great idea! 😂🏌️♂️

Yeah I imagine it’s a pretty old golf ball, strange about the weight? 🤔🏌️♂️
@@upclosegolf they do put on a new coat of paint on refurbished balls
@@jazon8877yeah that’s probably the weight difference then! That’s got to impact your ball flight…👍🏌️♂️
