The moment he rebranded to just Jazza makes me missed the the "Drawing with Jazza" name. I understand the rebranded since he created more than just drawings, but it shows how far he have come as an artist and a TH-camr.
This feels like classic ‘draw with jazza’. I first started watching him when he had characters on his wall and when did live/chat drawing requests. This vid reminds me of that time 😊
Everybody’s as art style is different and or unique and that’s what makes art a great about being able imagination in art you can do so much and when you think about it now ones art is bad and we you love to do what you are doing that’s what’s count and I think every one can practice and get better every day if you are loving scalping, pottery or just art you can get do enuthing wen you putting in the hard work and enjoy wat your doing.❤
That's because Jazza can't keep colouring within the lines so he knows he has no room to critique anything as this is something children struggle with not real adult artists.
4:16 Thanks for redrawing my OC, It looks really good... I always get excited when I send a youtuber something to review/redraw etc. in a video, but I never expected my drawing to be put in this video, so now I'm so happy I'm shaking... I wanna learn to draw this well, I'm practicing a lot lately, especially proportions and lighting... Fun fact, in the original picture she's holding a chocolate bar, because I just really like chocolate, and she's supposed to be the character I would want to be, but I never can be... You really caught that badass vibe I was going for in the books... I would've literally wrote down her whole origin story if X wouldn't have a character limit, so now here's the short version: She died as a kid (bad people shot her after didn't recieve a ransom), and was brought back to life by some scietists who just tried to defeat death, so she was the first (kind of) successful specimen in these trials... She has blue skin because of the preservatives that were used during the process, and she lost all her memories because a portion of her brain had to be artificially replaced, and also she can't feel pain, because if she would be capable of feeling it, then her soul wouldn't want to stay in her body... She was raised by a woman who ran the facility, she taught her how to fight and how to use magic, and in both of these she was really successful, so eventually she got to run the facility, and later a whole county/state/region branch of the corporation who supported the scietists in the first place...
So the story of President Alphonse Elric, got it. Dope ideas regardless. Also, what's holding you back? Time? Dreams rely on time. Find the time. Realize it. Make it. Don't look back on it and regret it 5 or 10 years later. Ask me how I know.

You should do this exact concept but with a second artist. Both of you try to redesign the same character independantly, and then compare the finished products to see how the takes were different
ok i was scared of the title "fixing" people's characters. there's a lot of shitty creators doing this right now, and it's something i truly hate in the community right now. big relief to hear you just put your own spin on it
I was literally scrolling through my recommended and thought to myself "oh, so this is what the art community is doing now :(" and when I saw Jazza's video I was so stressed but THIS video was so chill.
I would just like to state that redrawing a character to actually make it look SIMPLER for any reason (in this case to make it more animation-ready) is an idea I definitely have not had at all, and it is kind of blowing my mind. Granted, it seems to be an all too logical when one thinks about it, but it really is not my first thought when someone mentions fixing / redrawing art... Ooo I think for the swamp mechanic, the crystal on the glove isn't actually a crystal. It seems like in the original it was a container with green liquid (swamp water?)

My commendations to all the artists!
It was a joy to watch you go through this process once more. As they’re all saying below, it felt like a good trip down memory lane, to classic Jazza’s house!
(P.S Heh heh, hey my art wasn’t initially shown, but it technically made it into the vid at 0:12 !)
You're so good with those alcohol markers! It's really fun to watch them pop when you start adding color
Thanks Jazza..... signed up for the Character Design course now.
Will use it in conjunction with my roleplaying games I play and run. Hope to up my art skills a bit with it. :)
I've been watching you since the storage unit type studio. Nice to see a classic video. But, in feature videos of similar content. I'd like to see you explain how to improve in a specific area, like what's off with the original, and show how to fix it and really level up the drawing.
12:08 holy that is the most Campy thing :)
Love this i hope it have a series
That last one looks like Azureus. Great few short films. Highly recommend them.
I'd love to see you try draw character sketches in a classic figure drawing style with just lead/black pencil. Your channel in very colourful and maybe it's not the right style to fit your audience, but I'd love to see it.
I love these renditions!
Can you do more of these? Enjoy the videos where you draw casually. Love your creativity when it comes to character design.
Yes! More of this! This is why we fell in love with you.
All amazing as always! Though perhaps the swamp guy is missing something for realism - mosquito bites all over that bare skin! 😂
This was a very fun video! More of these in the future would be cool!
The last design is definitely my favorite and I would watch a show based off them
Yesss! I loved these, the last one was my favourite, so inspirational! Thanks Jazza :)
I love this, I can imagine you reacreating childrens drawings too, it's so cool so see all the different artworks and artstyles 🥰
I loved this. I hope you do more of this.
I LOVE when you do these!!!!
