I love your videos! I've lost 84 lbs over 2 1/2 years, and still have between 30-40 more to go. For exercise, I didn't want to do a program. I just wanted to move and have fun, so I started dancing! Made some dance playlists on Spotify. Started cardio dancing. I felt so good and looked forward to it every day because it was fun. Then I added all kinds of diff exercises, weights, weight bar, my boxing bag, and doing the basement stairs. I recorded video of me dancing at various stages for progress purposes. I was surfing TH-cam one day and stumbled across one of your vids, the 500 reps abs. challenge. I love it! I'm seeing results. Then the 600 reps Booty challenge. That one is intense for me because I carry my weight in booty, thighs, hips and legs. But I love it too and can feel and see results. I think there is a third vid, I just can't recall it at the moment. I want to say a big THANK YOU for what you do and for posting it on TH-cam. You're great at what you do. Thanks to you I've eliminated some of my exercises and replaced with your vids and as a result, my workout time is shorter and I'm getting better results. Thank you again. God bless you. I just started last week with her workouts, I really enjoy them it's pretty hard but lots of fun!. I can not go past 1 minute with the wall sit, it burns the F* outta my legs. Here in the Netherlands the gyms will be reopened next week! Maybe in few weeks I can do 2 min wall sit haha

So while I was holding that wall sit, I realized the table near me had a bowl on it. So I smoked a bowl while holding my wall sit. Never got up. 10/10 would recommend.

no joke i was listening to a radio playlist and after 1min of the wall sitting (I was about to quit) "the final countdown started" playing and i was laughing so hard but it motivated me to do the rest of the minute so o guess the music realy helped me get through this workout XD

This video came at the perfect moment because I was just about to hit play and do a work out and decided to do this one! It was an amazing work out… But is it normal for your legs to be shaking when you’re doing a stretch… Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

I always feel it in my thighs but never my butt. I do not know what I am doing wrong. It is mostly with squats but basically every other workout too. Do you have any advice on how to improve? Also, I think I am squeezing my butt correctly but I have heard so many mixed things. I love your videos by the way :)
hi! try to activate your glutes more before you start the workout. You can also do some activation on your spare time if you want. Once you improve your activation, it should be easier to feel it in your glutes too :)
Its because on her hiit workouts she posts she doesn't make money from them because of copyrights. So she doesn't play music in these types of videos so she can monetize them.
