    Ahhhh everytime I feel myself getting chubbier and need to lose weight, I come back to THIS video that I’ve been using since I was like 15! I’m 21 now and this is always my go to workout to come back to because it’s fun and you reeeaallly do feel it the next day!! I like to dance to lose weight so I do my dances and then finish off with this video!!! Love it

    This is the only workout that I dont feel like leaving midway and at the same time feel calories burning and at the same time enjoy it.

    My size before exercise of Tiffany 93-78-99 ( cm ). 2 months later with exercises Tiffany 88-70-91. With size 40 (EU), I now have a 36 / low 38. I combined this video + abs + thighs and buttocks. I'm on a diet. Thank you Tiffany. Poland love you!

      Czy wszystkie te ćwiczenia są z tego kanału właśnie? :) Aktualnie robię ten zestaw 3x dziennie, brzuszki, deskę, pompki, do tego raz w tygodniu basen, dużo chodzę, staram się ten raz w tygodniu pójść też na rower, zrezygnowałam z cukru i właśnie szukam urozmaicenia ćwiczeniowego :) Schudłam już 4 kg, chcę schudnąć jeszcze drugie tyle a potem po prostu trzymać formę, dlatego rozglądam się za różnorakimi formami aktywności. Z góry dzięki! :)

      Laura - Once a day in the evening, at the weekend to rest and not to practice. Still I practice, it's already 4 month :)

    honestly i've done this workout since i was 15 and I'm 24 now. I forget about it for a year or so and then whenever I have (another) breakup (lol) I come back to this always. It is my glow up workout and I absolutely adore it, and adore you Tiffany, so thank you! Thank you for getting me through so many years the glow up wouldn't be the same without you! x

    Girls... if you are wondering whether this workout works... THIS IS THE BEST ONE OUT THERE! I used to be a little bit chubbier around my abdomenal area and with this workout I have an hourglass figure. It really is working and I feel great doing it! In a week you are going to see the results, I promise you, at first it may be a little bit difficult, but it gets easier and easier and right now I do it plainly because I find it fun :)

      I try to do this as often as I can, simply because I like the streching feeling :) If you do this every two days you will definitely see the difference in a week, at least I have.

    11 years later i have to write this. 10 years ago i started doing this and had best shape belly of my life. Then i moved and change jobs 4 years ago, and lost the shape lol. I think it is my new year resolution to start again. tiffany’s work outs are the best, easy for newbie and oldies like me, and fun!

    No other 10 min workout is going to engage your entire middle section, front and back, like this workout. Before I start any workout, I do this one, it awakens my abdomen and it stays awake throughout other workouts or just during the day. Gets me every time, the next day you will feel it!

    So I see some ladies in my office doing this workout everyday during lunch period... after trying it, I see now why they do it. 10 minutes and it's really effective.... my obliques hurt like never before.

    Thanks Tiffany I love this work out. Very good for beginners. I started my weight loss journey about 3 months ago. I did this video twice a day and 1 hr cardio. Also with a diet. I use to weight 158 and now I'm at 120. Just had a month break but now I'm back at it. Look forward to tighten my belly.

    I've tried other TH-cam workouts, but never did I find them fun. This one is fun, bearable and brings so much results! I do this workout at least 3x a day. I used to be a size 9/10 in pants and dropped down to a size 5/6. You rock Tiff! Thank you.

    It really works. Lost 2 inches in a week n half. Did it twice a day along with proper dieting some cardio n strength training. Before adding Tiffany to my workout regime my waistline would not shrink for shit. Thank u Tiffy 💙

    LOVE this workout! Warning: Your body WILL HURT after the first time you try it, but it's amazing how quickly the body adapts (my pain went away after I did it a second time). I've been doing this for two weeks now and I already feel the difference in how my shirts fit. If I get these kind of results after two weeks, I can't wait to see what I'll look like by the time summer comes around! Thank you Tiffany!

    I love this workout! You can SEE the changes after a few days. It might sound too good to be true but it actually works so well and I love it! And another reason why I love this is because when you’re doing the workout, it doesn’t feel “tiring”, it just feels like you’re burning calories.     When I first seen this workout I underestimated from the start. I said to myself, they're just dancing. After the first workout, I was very sore the next day. I stuck with this workout and my diet for a month. I loss 12lbs and 8 inches from around my waist! This and a few more workouts by Tiffany Rothe are my daily go to! The results are so worth the soreness!

    i started doing this workout like 2 months ago and i've lost a stone, along with this i just do squats and some abs every now and then but i do this workout every night! i haven't changed my diet at all i still eat what i want, all i have done is stopped drinking fizzy drinks/sodas. so i drink alot of water now. highly recommend this if you want to lose some weight it has really worked for me and i look forward to doing it because its not strenuous it doesnt have you sweating much or going out of breath, you really do feel it the next day and ive had a lot of compliments on how much smaller my waist has gone and my stomach has gone flat too!

      Yes, 1st floor people appreciate that. My upstairs neighbor is p90xing and plyo and jump roping, he even bounces balls sometimes!!!!! Midnight, 7AM, 2PM, all times.

I put on around 20 pounds after a really stressful time this year and all of the bad habits that go with that (lack of sleep, not eating enough, eating junk, not taking time to work out, etc.) Finally, I decided to get my butt in gear so I started jogging the track, got healthier and ended up losing a few inches (and about six pounds) but then I hit a serious plateau. I decided to come back to your videos because they've always been the most fun, the most encouraging and I always feel the best doing them! Since I've been back with you, it's like the inches are melting off and I'm already down four pounds! :) I'm still about one dress size away from where I want to be but I just wanted to tell you how much you and your workouts still mean to me, Tiffany. Thank you so much! My goals are closer than ever! :)

    I did this workout when I went from 60 kgs to 49kgs. Now I'm a bit taller and I also gained weight because of exam season and binge eating. It worked then and it still works now. It's day two for me. I'm sore from yesterday but it soo so worth it. First week I do it once a day with other workouts. Second week onwards I'll be doing this video twice a day.
    Always remember your body gets stronger so you need to keep increasing the difficulty. 💕

      nataliaanio Actually if you want to have a smaller waist you should NOT do waist workout everyday. It would only make your waist appear bigger because you are building muscles in this area. 2-4 times a week are ENOUGH

    To be honest I was really skeptical when I first found out about this workout! rolling my eyes like "does this really works?!" and after just one day of doing this, I can definitely feels my waist and hips! I'm going to keep doing this everyday! you're amazing! it's like dancing, it's really funny and effective!

      ***** i have been doing this exercise 3 times a week for 2 months now and i've lost 8cm around my waist. it's not the only workout i do, but i think this is what helps the most :) though i'm quite bored now with this exercise... I must also say that my weight didn't change at all...but thats probably because i don't do a lot of cardio..

    Back in June, I used this video religiously! Twice a night, with a 10 minute run and 40 minute low-impact gym work out... Ate generally a bit better but wasn't too strict and jumped from a UK size 16 to a UK size 12 within 3 months. Getting back into it now, and generally really enjoyed doing this little 'booty shaking' routine just as much as I used to.

    Im 18, 5 ft 7" and usually weigh around 145. Recently, I put on like 5-10 pounds just cuz of my eating habits. I could barely squeeze into my size 4 shorts and even my size 6 were a bit snug. I was like heck no Im not going like this to college this fall. Ive heard of TiffanyRothe workouts before and have done them on and off but Ive never stayed committed. I was determined to lose that extra weight so since last Thursday I've been doing this particular workout 3x a day(if im running that day then 2x) as well as Zumba. It really works! Ive lost those extra pounds and now I fit my size 4 shorts with ease. It really burns and tighten your stomach just after the first day! My stomach is flatter and ive lost a couple inches off the waist! Im SOOO happy. Remember you must keep a healthy diet, take your vitamins every day and try the Raw Meal as a meal or snack replacement. I hope this helps somebody!!!=]

      ***** Your welcome! It honestly did not take me that long like a couple weeks. I was drinking lots of water and ate greens with every meal. If I was going to eat meat it was only chicken. I stayed FAR AWAY with food products that had high fructose corn syrup. Im now only working out 3x/wk with this workout as well as my morning routine(5 reps of 50 crunches and 3 reps of 30 squats) to maintain my weight. The Raw Meal replacement really works!!! Im full for 4-5 hrs! If you are going to purchase this get Almond Milk as well. I promise you it taste SO much better with it. =]

    While I already think people generally know this exercise works, I would like to share my results just in case anyone was curious. I'm pretty small: 5 feet 0 inches 115 pounds though I just feel chubby. I did this workout for two weeks and I lost half an inch around my waist as well as about 1.5 pounds!     I have been keeping this workout in my back pocket for years. Ive done so many programs, including work from a core ball or on the floor (ouch my back!) and even a 10 week, 7 day a week kickboxing program. NOTHING is more effective than consistent use of this workout. Its flipping fantastic!!!

    So I did this workout yesterday and I was already sore. I was even more sore when I woke up today but I still did the exercise because when you exercise through soreness it gets better and it mostly goes away. I'm excited for my waist to slim down! I read so many comments where people saw results in a week. I believe it because I was sore right after finishing!! I feel like these workouts will work for me!

      Try to do a warm up exercise before doing this workout. I was sore for 3 days because I went in cold aka didn't warm up...but once I did do a warm up before I did this, I wasn't sore at all.

    I wasn't on any diet, I ate sweets/ice creams once or twice a week.

    I've been doing this routine for just 3 days now, but I can already feel it working...I'm a man with an overweight problem (due to my ''fuck it all'' attitude) and recently I began developing heart issues ( a.i. chest pains, cold sweats, legs cramps) so I looked for an exercise to help me lose the overweight...tried most of the other exercises on youtube, but this one feels like its working....I'll keep doing it!

    don’t sleep on this workout!!! despite it being 11 years old, it is still as informative and helpful today. this is one of my favorite and most effective workout, and it’s so much fun + and leaves me with enough energy for more workouts. time flies by when you do this workout, it’s amazingggg!

    I did this last night and I havent woken up sore which is weird… I have been training my abs though since I was around 13 years old.
    Measurements:
    chest- 32”
    waist- 29”
    hips- 35”
    Today is Day 2- 28/07/21
    - Just finished todays workout, i love how this is very different from the ab workouts I usually do that involve numerous variations of crunches. Broke a sweat however abs are not sore… lets see what happens tomorrow!!😝

      The soreness goes away if you do it often, if you give up every time you do it you're going to be sore again lol. Just try it and don't give up and get those results!!

    I consider myself skinny fat, and functionally fit. Not on a diet, just ate 3/4 of a large pizza to myself. 5'3, 130ish pounds.
    I plan on doing this daily, along with 1 other muscle group exercise.
    Day 1: Did this, plus a low intensive leg work out.
    Day 2: Didnt stretch properly yesterday. My back is super sore, most likely from this. Did this, plus a 10 min full body workout tutorial. Will try and update daily.
    Day 3: Back is still super sore, but less sore? Might need a rest day. Doing this plus arms, pilates, and then back stretches.
    Day 4: Back isn't very sore. Did a 20 min jog at work, plus an hour of shoveling and raking of dirt. Exhausted. Doing this plus abs.
    Day 5: Back feels normal. Doing just this.
    Day 6: Exercises are easier to do. Doing this
    Day 7: Day of rest
    Day 8: Just doing this. Either I'm loosing water fat or I've nearly lost my muffin top!
    Well I was seeing results. And then my boyfriend broke up with me. So that went down the drain.
    Restart!
    Day 1: Just this. Wasn't too difficult, even after a month of not doing this. I'm sore though.

      Amazing results! Since I started measuring myself 8 days ago I've lost over 2 inches around my waist, and approximately 2 inches everywhere else on my body.
      I haven't even been working out like crazy, only pushing it to a point where it's still fun. I have never felt more satisfied :) Thank you, Tiffany!

      clulessazngurl I started just 10 days ago.. Can you believe it?! :) I've been eating low carb and no sugar and most days i've only done it twice. Two days i haven't even worked out, lol :)

    I did this workout everyday 9 years ago and it helped me lose weight. And did I mention abs? The sides of my waist after doing this for two months were as hard as rock. Tiffany you rock! Your workouts are fun and love listening when you start to talk in spanish.

    This is really effective. I'm doing it for two days and my belly muscles are already toned (I'm not fat but I have postpartum belly). I definitely recommend this exercise especially for postpartum.
