    Confession: sometimes I don't even play music and pretend I'm working out with a friend next to me. It's a nice break from the constant noise of the world lol

    WOWWWwww okay so I did this workout yesterday but I had to come back here to tell you how sore I am, omg (and that with WITH modifications!) I've been doing at home leg workouts for a few months now but it's been quite a while since I've been this sore and had a workout this good! More of these Death by Leg day workouts please! 💗 (And arms, etc. haha) I have minimal equipment at home (just a few resistance bands and small weights) so these minimal equipment workouts are soo helpful Thank youuu

    Hey girl I am obsessed with your channel! How does this look for my weekly workout plan:
    Monday - HIIT dance from your channel + walk
    Tuesday - this video + walk
    Wednesday - rest day, yoga
    Thursday - your upper body workout + walk
    Friday - hiit dance video
    Saturday - something fun like a barre workout!

    I added this into my weekly routine and out of all the workouts I follow of yours this one, when I’m done, I look like I just took a shower....in sweat. It’s soup cute.

    This workout is the biggest legs killer on this channel 🔥🔥Basic moves, but very effective when you do it with heavier weights. I did it with 5 kg (11lbs) ones and burned almost 400 calories.

    Got an extra bit of work from trying to grasp the weight in my sweaty leg on that last exercise. It only almost fell out once. :P

      Lower your weight or even do it body weight!

    Quick question for Emily (or anyone else in the know!) for that second set with the hinges, do you straighten your legs completely or leave them slightly bent? I felt quite a bit of pressure on my back and can be prone to a sore back so want to make sure I’m not doing them wrong! Thank you! 😘

      Just make sure they are not locked!! Adjust for your body see what hurts your back amd what doesn’t. As long as your spine stays neutral and your joints don’t lock you should be fine 💛
