@@ferni0 That's the perfect reason to compare them. What makes the G pro wireless more "professional" other than the name? I thought they had the same sensor, and idk I fail to see how this mouse isn't specifically targeted for gamers. They're even the same price.
Marcus Fitzgerald simple, ambidextrous but good shape, the g502 has a good shape, but pros tend to like shapes that don’t force your hand into a position, also the GPW is light and has enough buttons but not too much and they’re customizable in case you’re left handed, sensor doesn’t matter that much, as long as it doesn’t spin out while using it doesn’t really matter
@@ferni0See, I'm right handed so ambidextrous doesn't really matter to me. I also prefer a heavier mouse, it just feels more comfortable to me. Nothing you really pointed out seems to really make the pro better, it's just up to preference. Obviously for left-handed people then the pro is better though.
As soon as I saw the tweet that this mouse was coming out, I instantly preordered it from Logitech. I cant stand wires for mice currently. I used a Razer Deathadder for a long time, and loved it tbh, but eventually as my set up constantly changed for college and moving stuff around, I ended up buying a G900 (not the lightspeed 903). I could take it to work, class, and use it for gaming. It is awesome and for all the talk about wireless having that lag, connection issues, not being responsive enough, fast enough, I dont see it. I dont feel it. And I definitely don't feel like I'm at a disadvantage when playing with friends who have wired mice. G502 Lightspeed will be my new mouse for a LONG time and I've been waiting for it to come out for a while now.
Oh Nice! I'm most definitely going to get this, the G502 Hero is the mice that I finally found was perfect for me (Shape, Weight, Sensor, Everything) With adding of some Lizard-Skin Tape for added grip makes it just Perfection. I'm glad they added some rubber coating on the scroll wheel and making it hollow. I never really cared for the infinite scroll, and the all metal scroll wheel made it slippery and when I shook the mouse you could hear the scroll wheel rattling. Hopefully they fixed this with this new wireless Lightspeed version. Very excited.
I couldn't resist the preorder. All I wanted was a lighter wireless version and it's exactly what I'm gonna get. Tried new shapes and much lighter logitech mice but I couldn't get on with any of them. Also got a nice 10% off when ordering the G502 Lightspeed which was nice. Here's to another 5 years of 502!

Basically I don't really super like ergonomic mouses for gaming :D but people beware: as frank said if you like light mice you should really check if this mouse weight is ok for you
You said that the bigger weight of the G502 is no issue and that it's weird that people try to make their mice as light as possible. I get that you think that, I even used to like the weight of a heavier mouse. Thing is, it only matters if you play first person shooters competitively. I started playing cod, apex and csgo more seriously recently and my light 83g G403 is waaay better for aiming and flicking than my old 125g G502. For productivity however, I would still prefer the G502 and if you're a casual gamer, you shouldn't really care too much.

They finally made the G502 wireless.
Y’all mind if i
_AAAAAAAAAAAAAA_
Two.
@@fortie6902 lmfao nice
I’ve been using my G502 since early 2014. It’s the best mouse ever. Still works perfectly
$150 😔... Guess I will have to wait longer for the price to go down.
If you're playing only Competitive FPS, the G Pro Wireless is much better
Vox3l-Gl1tch probably the weight
Welp u probably need to wait like a year
@@kekakaleka_2001 G pro lacks the infinite scroll. . . Biggest reason I buy logitech mice is for the infinite scroll.
@@TheGuyWhoDidUrM0M I said competitive fps, why would an infinite scrollwheel be needed?
just upgraded from my slightly broken g502 spectrum to the lightspeed and i love it
It’s 280$ aud witch is 195 usd. Even more expensive for me 😂😂
SAVAGE FRANKY I know right
Australian tax
1:49 "if you have the mouse pat" Lmaoo, mouse pat
I couldn't resist the preorder. All I wanted was a lighter wireless version and it's exactly what I'm gonna get. Tried new shapes and much lighter logitech mice but I couldn't get on with any of them. Also got a nice 10% off when ordering the G502 Lightspeed which was nice. Here's to another 5 years of 502!
You know...it's $170...I'll stick to my Corsair Dark Core
TheMusicProduction it’s gonna drop in price as all mice do so don’t worry 😉
@@rxspect7762 that's gonna take a while though :/
TheMusicProduction Well, it takes patience so if you have that then that’s sad
Get a g502 proteus spectrum it's so cheap now
@@Raiden_ I had one but I sold it. I love wireless mouse now. I'll only go back to wired for the glorious O gaming mouse.
I am bias......for randomfrankp vids. Keep up the good work!
Give us this with the g303 or riot
SureRox there’s a g305/304u know?
@@daoquang900 Not the same mouse u know?
J D same shape, size & form, but no wires, and no rgb, but better sensor.
@@daoquang900 its not the same shape bud. And of course they would update the sensor if they released a wireless g303.
@@daoquang900 G305's shape is terrible for some people. The diamond shape of G303/G302 is the perfect one for me. G305 gave me finger fatigue and was not comfortable. Not all mice are for everyone. These 2 are very different.
i always wished this came in a wireless variation. a dream come true.
Who's here after the scroll speed test meme.🤣🤣🤣
Finally a rubber wheel, I'm glad this mouse exists just so I can buy replacement parts for that mouse to put it in my 502 Hero
Rocket Jump Ninja squad hit like
Man I shouldn't have reserved the Glorious Model O....If only I knew this was coming sooner I would have instant bought it......Life
Waiting this for 5 years finally SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY
Dude the way you review this Mouse non like the other TH-cam video's, Keep it up fam!!
Logitech goes full on razer mode with those prices
Iv had my G520 for over 2 years and it’s literally falling part now, But I love the mouse sooo much that iv been waiting for a wireless one to come out. I can’t wait to get my hands on this.
"I charged it friday, Im currently filming on tuesday and were still good...."
I mean, yea. You have a freaking charging mousse pad.
u fucking stupid he said that he didnt use the mousepad
Come on
I was on amazon deciding if I should get this mouse or not. It was at the point watching this video where you said, "There's a reason why one of the all time top selling mice got a re-release..." that I pulled the trigger. =8-Þ
That it is a lot heavier than other mouses doesn't makes sense? yes it does, I'm calling you biased of course.
Also, at $150? Hell no, better pick the G-Pro or G90
People complain about the weight of the mouse but its not heavy at all. Great review, logitech killing it.
FINALLY!
Every like I get I will had a “HOORAY”
HOORAY HOORAY HOORAY HOORAY HOORAY
YOU HAVE 5 LIKES AND ONLY 2 HOORAYS
god, this'll be so good for bringing the mouse on the go, bundling up the mouse to put it in my bag started breaking the braiding on my OG Core and I got a replacement Spectrum, which is starting to fray too. I'll definitely be saving up for this one
SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Awwww... you we're very waiting for it and you got this mouse :D but personally I am quite happy with g305 i tried this one (cable version) it is quite comfortable as ergonomic mouse but weigh is a bit quite much . Basically I don't really super like ergonomic mouses for gaming :D but people beware: as frank said if you like light mice you should really check if this mouse weight is ok for you
my g502 broke 2 weeks ago i buy a g703
Logitech realeses g502 wireless
ME: WTF
Just ordered it and am happy waiting for this years ago finaly came out one of the best mouses i ever used 0 issues👍👍👍
u look like sapnap
You said that the bigger weight of the G502 is no issue and that it's weird that people try to make their mice as light as possible. I get that you think that, I even used to like the weight of a heavier mouse.
Thing is, it only matters if you play first person shooters competitively. I started playing cod, apex and csgo more seriously recently and my light 83g G403 is waaay better for aiming and flicking than my old 125g G502. For productivity however, I would still prefer the G502 and if you're a casual gamer, you shouldn't really care too much.
After going from the 502 wired to the 703 and now the G pro wireless, there’s no way I could go back to a mouse this heavy. I love the shape tho
5 years late, but just bought this amazing mouse. Where have i been lol
