    I also feel like the way it's filmed or whatever you do in editing super emphasizes the tannins. It looks so cool!

    This tank is absolutely gorgeous! I'm loving it. I've never been a huge fan of rummy nose tetras, but they're just striking in such large numbers against such a beautiful scape! If I ever have a larger tank with free run to do such a nice scape, I would consider a large school of those guys! I like hearing your inspiration for it. Awesome video!

    This is one massive planted tank with sizeable schooling rummy nose tetras. All the plants really took off and blend well into the aquascape. I really like the dragon stones ( guessing). Fantastic job.

    What do you use for flow. I'm using a wave maker in a 55 . I have a lot of rocks and wood but few plants because my old lighting broke ,I should be getting proper lighting soon .I just don't think that's the reason why they hide. Do you have any suggestions .I would be appreciated any help. I like your channel and love your tank. I'm sure you inspire a lot of people with your videos..thank you.

    you have a beautiful set up... I plan on having my 75g a one species tank.. I do not have Live plants but i do have driftwood and lots of hiding place.. will 30 Rummies do OK? I have a AquaClear HOB filter. With 2 underwater flow fans.. and lots of fresh air bubbles..

    Rummy Nose Tetra are the best, I have a school of them in with a school of Espei Rasbora and they look amazing. The tetra tend to stay on the lower half of the aquarium, while the rasbora stay in the top half. I know what ever you pick for a second school will be awesome.

    I believe Glow Light Danios, Harliquin and Emerald Eye Rasboros are also great schooling fish. Might be even better than Rummy Nosed Tetras as they will school in ten gallon tanks.

    And in 2020..how many are left?..lol. I know. When it comes to small tetra's? We rent them for a few weeks. The ONLY exception are the larger types..Blackskirts for some reason live to infinity. Neons,Cards,Rummy's..I never had any of them live past a few months at most.
    I did have one Lemon tetra live over a year.

    Have you added any Catappa (Indian almond) leaves? Tey have so many benefits to adding them to a tank. Anti-fungal, anti-viral anti-bacterial anti-external parasites.

    • @chrislive1586
      @chrislive1586 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      True - but that's assuming you have a standard filtration system. - With larger filtrations, you can do whatever you want lol
      (Have you seen the BACK of Petsmart/Petco/Etc Aquariums? They toss 100 fish in a 20gal? because the filtration is superior, constantly pumping and recycling fresh water into each unit.)
