    Nice! Looks delicious.
    I have pandan paste. Can i dilute it in water to use as pandan juice? If yes, how much pandan paste should I use to make 240 g pandan juice?
    Thanks!

    Please ask, can we use pandan leaves in powder form and what percentage of the powder do we use? And if using pandan powder, do we still use the same amount of water? Thanks🙏🏻💕

    • @tvtvtfan3767
      @tvtvtfan3767 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would assume you use the same amount of water but that more for the liquid to flour ratio. I making this bread at the moment and I used Pandan Extract. I used about a Tablespoon of pandan extract. Not sure if it’s too much or not. I only use the extract in cake.

    How to make the concentrated pandan juice ?

    • @autumn.kitchen
      @autumn.kitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Blend Pandan leaves with very minimal water. Keep the Pandan water in fridge for a few days to let the concentrated juice settle at the bottom. Use the bottom concentrated juice and discard the top clearer part.

    Hi Autumn Kitchen I just baked this wonderful loaf. It’s yummy. My dough is a bit wet. Is it bcos my pandan juice is not concentrated.

      From other recipes I have seen. It’s okay if it’s sticky just make sure it’s stretchy and smooth and shiny. Also that it’s able to clean the bowl. Also at long it’s able to do the window pane test

      It just wouldn’t be as fragrant. Coconut and Pandan pair perfectly together. It helps bring out the flavor.

    240g concentrated pandan juice seems like a lot... after blending abt 150g pandan leaves and letting it sit, we usually only get around 50g of that concentrated pandan juice. is there a particular recipe you use to obtain such a large quantity of pandan juice? thanks!

    • @autumn.kitchen

      Added water to dilute it, as long as get your desired green color
