Just got mine, easy to operate. With its huge bowl it kneads over 9 cups of flour with ease. Thank you for availing a novice baker like me a machine that's a cinch to use.
Booter Received my Nutrimill 10 days ago, the second time we used the mixer stoped from running after 4 minutes, 10 minutes later it was able to run again, What's my problem. I was running a half bach.
I'm using mine for about the 5th time, kneading bread, following the instructions, when after about 5-6 minutes of kneading it starts making a rumbling sound in the base. Not quite a grinding sound. I shut it off. Tried a lower speed than 3, but still making that noise. I took the bowl off the base and turned it on. Still making that noise. Kneaded the bread the remainder of the way by hand. Don't know what to think. No troubleshooting in the "user's manual." Not happy.
@@NutriMill Well, no response yet. Great way to run a company. No response from any email address. No response on their Facebook page. I'll just use the mixer until it stops altogether and consider it to have been a mistake to get it in the first place.☹
I love this Nutrimill Mixer but I cannot get the driftshaft off in order to clean it. I can loosen it and tighten it but I cannot get it off. Can you help me please? thanks
Hi Dennis, take a look at the washer on top of the drive shaft. It may have spread out a bit so it won't be able to come off of the bowl. You can just tap it gently and it should release. You can also call our customer service at 1.800.692.6724.

I just purchased this mixer, and so far, I love it! It did a great job mixing and kneading my sourdough bread. This was a very informative video. This mixer does a much better job of mixing and kneading than my VERY heavy KitchenAid.
