I had the first generation of this mixer. Besides the price, this mixer was fast. This mixer would run through cake batter in a couple of minutes. This new Artiste has been improved from an engineering perspective with new motor and thermal protection. Nice review. You did an amazing video. 🥳💯
I think it's so worth it!! I gave my kitchen aid to someone who wanted it. But you could easily sell yours on Facebook marketplace and put that money towards an Artiste or a Bosch!
I was in the process of looking for a new mixer when I saw your IG post about this mixer. I have a bunch of kids as well, so I need a heavy duty mixer. I love that you show what you really use in your kitchen. I did go ahead and order through your link! Thanks for sharing.
Jami - I purchased a new NutriMill Harvest Grain Mill a few months ago but I’ve been hesitant to use it. After watching this video, I immediately ordered the NutriMill Artiste. You did a great job of selling it!! 😂🤣 I can’t wait to use it. Thank you for sharing this video!! 💕
Wow, awesome recipes. Thanks for sharing your experience with the Nutrimill Artiste mixer. It is definitely on my wishlist. Is it possible that you turn the background music down some? It is very distracting trying to listen to you explaining. Thanks so much. Blessings, Sabrina
I hope this doesn't sound weird, but can I say THANK YOU for having real hair? 😂 I love these baking videos. My Christmas wish list is starting to grow...😊
Also if it’s possible in the future if you can include the video of the kneading in the mixer maybe just sped up or something so we can see the stages of how the dough comes together… I always have a problem deciding if I have an issue or if it just hasn’t kneaded long enough yet
will do!! I always feel like it doesn’t look right until it kneads long enough and then bam! It’s dough 😂 If in doubt, let it knead for a while and then you can always add in some more flour it needed at that point. A common mistake is adding too much flour at first because it still looks wet and then your dough coming out too dry/tough!
Just different methods! Most recipes you don’t really need to bloom it. But if you are having trouble with your breads rising, it can be a good idea to try!!
I am comparing the Bosch and artiste mixers for my home. Would you recommend going ahead and investing in the Bosch for a larger family or do you feel the artiste is suitable? (I milk my grains fresh and make bread weekly, along with pizza and other doughs) thank you!
I have a Kitchen Aid Professional 5 mixer. After watching so many review videos, I now want a Bosch Universal Plus for my family. I like to bake cookies for family and friends at Christmas time, but my KA was a pain. Being able to add ingredients from the top, bigger bowl, 9+ loaves capacity, and I'm sold on the Bosch UP. I strongly believe this is one of those situations where you should always go bigger b/c you will eventually grow into needing bigger. Best of luck with your decision making!
I'm struggling with the Nutrimill Artiste...it just pushes my dough around the bowl and doesn't knead it. When I've made cookies I have to constantly stop and scrape the bowl, even with the scraping blades on. What am I doing wrong??
hm..I wonder of the scraper and dough hook are inserted correctly? Are they all the way down? Their customer service is Amazing! I would take a few pictures or videos of what it’s doing and reach out to them and get their advice!!
I'm enjoying your video and I just had to pause it to ask if you're related to Indigo Nili. You look and sound, similar and your facial expressions are so close!

You should have a link to your cookbook in the description.
Excellent demonstration video. You are a very good cook. Thank You.
Everything looked great! Watching the Artiste in action makes me want to get rid of my Kitchen Aid and make the switch to a Bosch.

Okay! That was amazing!

I just looked on Amazon for your cookbooks. Where are they available? I've enjoyed this video .
thanks! You can find them at FindingJoyBookstore.com :)
I just found you. Please link the cookbook you are using here.
Where can we get the cookbook you have?
I cant find your IG post about the mixer. What kind of mixer is it?
I like your bread pans but prefer stainless steel rather than aluminum or non stick coating. Wish I could find wide pans like that in stainless steel
I know the sale is over but what was the deal price? For future reference when I see a deal to compare
Is there a reason why you didn’t bloom the yeast with the sandwich loaf but you did with the rolls?

Where do we find your cookbooks

How can I get your cookbooks?
FindingJoyBookstore.com 😍
and the plastic parts (especially with the dough hook) don't break? You'd figure that the entire dough hook would be made of stainless steel
Where can your book be found? I searched your name on Amazon but no books of yours were there.
FindingJoyBookstore.com 😍

It would’ve been nice if you had shared the recipes.
She wants you to buy her cookbook, lol!
I like the video except for the music.
