I have this NutriMill mixer and I am very happy with it. I can’t compare it with the Bosch or Ankarstrum . I couldn’t afford either of them so I was thankful for a more affordable dough mixer. I use the mixer every week for making bread and other baking needs. I don’t mind cleaning all the parts, but it is all I have known! I like the cover as it keeps the flour from blowing out. I like how easy it is to move because it is light. I bought some of the accessories- different paddles and they work well too. The shredder/slicer not so much. It can’t shred cabbage without making it mushy. NutriMill has wonderful customer service. They helped me with my grain mill even though it is probably 15 yrs old and needed new parts!
This mixer is just the right size for my family for bread making. It makes great cakes and cookies, too! I don't find cleaning to be a hassle. I never liked my Kitchen Aid, so I gave it away and got this because I like the open bowl.
I just realized you are in Georgia as well! Georgians making bread! I’m on the south side of Atlanta, I’m so glad I found your channel last month, I love your videos! ❤
I have this mixer and I absolutely love it. I love the size because I only make about 3 loaves a week. I like the compact size of it. I get quick windowpane. The cleaning is not that big of a deal. If you spray a little oil in and let it knead a second the dough and mixer hook comes out easy cleaner. Well worth the money
I have this mixer and I like it. I does a good job with 2 loaves of fresh milled flour. I tried 3 loaves and it overheated and the thermal cutoff shut it down. I don't find the dough hook hard to clean. The bowl can become difficult to remove occasionally and I lubricated the bottom with some silicone grease. All in all a good value for the cost.
There is a seam at the bottom of the plastic bowl. The 2 pieces of the bowl are bolted together with 3 screws. I took it apart to clean, and there was funky residue in there. Yuck. My next mixer will have a one piece stainless bowl. No more plastic for me.
I just don’t like the plastic, plastic disintegrates after a while then you’re eating plastic. disintegrates after a while thing you’re eating plastic. To much money.

I love this mixer. I just fill bowl with warm water and put hook in to soak, 20 min later easy cleanup.

Yes, this is much stronger than a KitchenAid. Great choice.

A lot of us Georgia bakers out there. I'm south of Atlanta too.
Thank you so much!
I’m about an hour south of ATL!! I loved hearing you’re from GA.
I have a Bosch and find the dough hook easy clean up.

That’s a great tip! Thank you.
I have this mixer and love it. I tend to choose it over my kitchenaid. I have never thought of it as difficult or a pain to clean.
I like that it’s so light, easy to move around
I agree. I love that about the NutriMill Artiste!

My pleasure! Thank you. I’m sure you will love it ☺️
Just used my NutriMill mixer today to mix dough for cinnamon rolls. They’re about to go in the oven now!!

Nutrimill sells a stainless steel bowl replacement. It’s very pricey tho. Almost as much as the mixer.

@@Lovelybellbakesthanks for that info. I’ve got to do some hard thinking before I pull the trigger again.
What do you do with all these mixers you receive after testing them?
What speed do you knead on? 2?
Speed 2 and 3.

That is why I bought the black Bosch with the stainless steel bowl
They do make a stainless steel bowl for it but I have not tried it.
