Today it's time for the final video of the year. After almost 60 videos this will definitely be a highlight with street photography taken in Berlin. Even though my Leica M6 is my favorite film camera for street, the last episode of the year will feature the infamous Contax T2. It was the last time shooting the camera before I finally gave it back to my friend who was kind enough to loan me the camera or a couple of months. It's a fun camera but because of the lack of full manual controls and the crazy price tag I much rather shoot my M6. :D
Lomography 800 is a really nice film that is definitely one of my favorites among the color negative film stocks. If you haven't shot, you might want to give it a try.

The one with the gentleman sitting on the bench by himself is such a powerful photo. Amazing photos overall.
When you find yourself in Berlin next, I'd recommend returning to some of these spots at night. The area around Alte Nationalgalerie is filled with people on summer evenings, practicing dancing and having a good time.
The shot with the pillars and the four people taking cell phone pictures is great

I have beeing shooting portra 400 alot . This video convinced me to try Lomo 800 for the first time. Well done Robin!
Never have used Lomo 800 (or a T2). The results are impressive. The tram shot is my favorite.
Second video in a row making me miss Berlin. The shot of the girl on her phone leaning against the museum wall and the shot of the older guy sat on the bench are such great shots.
Another great blog colour's are rich and spell binding great street photography one of your best with framing and lighting must get a roll of the film

Fantastic walk through Berlin! Visited last year for a conference and brought back great memories. I spring me to take some film from the fridge and go out as it’s pretty cold ow and a regular camera would go down really fast.

The first print with the man relaxing on the foreground, is the one i like most. Apart from great technical prospective (framing/ composition, leading line, reflections), says its own story... Life is beautiful, relax and enjoy it!

Just got done shooting my first roll of lomo 800 hope it comes out as beautiful as yours did!
A lot of winning shots in this video. Nice compositions and lovely color. One of my favorites was 1:44. I'm not even mad about the guy looking at the camera, even though that is usually a no go for me. It's not even what is going on in the frame, it's just the perspective shapes, reflections and colors. Certainly more busy than the minimal compositions, but for me at least, it held my gaze longer. 👍

I hesitate between the second photo shown and the last one: they both shine through a very keen sense of balance. The colours are really beautiful. Great video, as usual!

My favorites are: 3:48, 4:32 and 5:07. i like the colors of lomography 800 reminds me a little bit too kodak gold and kodacolor.

Great photos! I am surprised at how well the Lomo 800 handled being pushed to 3200.
I think I heard someone say that Lomo 800 is an older version of portra 800 but rerolled and I guess that could be the portra latitude coming into play.

I would have thought you’d have grabbed a shot of the guy sitting on the step against the blue glass (at 5:27 Mark), would have looked pretty cool. Otherwise loved the video and thanks for sharing. Stay safe
