Here are my recipes steam layer cake (thai dessert)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of tapioca starch
1/2 cup of rice flour
1/2 of arrowroot starch
2 cups of sugar (if you like sweeter, you can add more)
1/2 tsp of salt
3 1/2 cups of coconut milk
1 1/2 cups of water
(food colors )
(* If you like the pandan flavoring and coconut flavoring, you can add little bit into * or you don't have to)

Yes you can use either one blue or gr bag os

@@georgievang77 yes arrow root hlep for soft and stay long no breaking only but if you don't have then you can use tapioca starch instead of it os
