Khanom chan is an ancient Thai khanom, or dessert, made of tapioca flour, rice flour, and coconut milk, among other ingredients. Originating from the Sukhothai Period, the dessert is a staple snack in Thai cuisine, and Thai people usually prepare it for auspicious ceremonies.

Coconut syrup
- 400 g. sugar (350 g. if you like less sweet)
- 200 g. coconut milk
Flour Coconut batter
- 200 g. tapioca starch
- 25 g. rice flour
- 25 g. arrowroot flour
- 50 ml. color water.
- 450 g. coconut milk

So if I just want only one color green, I will add 50 grams more water. Is that right? And if I want two different colors, then I will divide batter into two separate bowls, then add extra 25 grams water to each bowl, right?
Yes. Of cause. Totally add 50 grams of water. If you want 2 colors need to divide half of them, it is 25 g of each color
