I lived alone in the middle of the woods... At night you could hear things that sound like people whispering, and sometimes you'd hear the tree's and whatever lives in them moving... at night if my curtains where pulled back I could see what looked like people in the woods. I moved away when a kid agent missing in those woods. Now my dad's missing to. My mother thinks he's dead in those woods.
Poor Applebloom....even in the show, she has trouble with deep dark places with trees. When I saw that episode with her taking the food cart to the swamp ponies, I bet I wasn't the only one thinking, "Oh my gosh, Story of the Blanks!"

It seems that the key Mark Crusaders met their ends with in the everfree forest as these dark Harry Potter and Narnia tree ripoffs literally tore them apart! Haven't seen entry logs this scary since the Peragus incident from Knights of the Old Republic 2.
My dog actually ran away because of a storm a LONG time ago (she's gone now, rest in peace Sierra...) because we had no fence and she was really afraid of storms. So she was outside because she had to use the bathroom. She ran off but after about 30 minutes we went to the police station (which is like 2 miles from our older house) and found out that she went DIRECTLY there after she left. That dog was SMART.
Holy crap, it's been quite a while since I've read this story (2 1/2 yrs. in fact). This was great to listen to while re-reading! I especially love the screaming trees at the end; that part literally gave me chills! Great job everyone!
