  • Join one of my champs Oana as I take her through this "Lower Body Posterior / Upper Body Push" Workout.
    You will be performing 2 different circuits. The first Circuit targets your hamstrings as well as glutes. This series of exercises WILL BURN, but fight past that burn because that's when change is starting to happen.
    The second Circuit focuses on some shoulders/core and even some more legs. Good Luck!
