Yea nojoke had an ls2 it wasnt as loud in general but was prettty loud gassing it and it definitely still had the power. modding the engine never occurred to me
What camm should be good for my L99 Camaro ss so far I only have Texas speed headders,full exhust,cai n dyno tune but I want a cammed but not sure which one good for me I heard staged 3 is good

Wrong, different valve train all together, lower compression due to different heads with 26hp less than the LS3. The only that is the same is the bottom end.

That’s awesome you will love it! I didn’t do the mods all together but the one people really want to know is after the cam install and with that it’s been about 25,000 miles. If you cam upgrade the trunnion kit as well to be safe.
Antonio Esposito I’m at about 93,000 miles right now. Really depends on how long you are keeping it for. If your keeping it for awhile I would cam it. It’s not that much either👌

About how much faster the l99 cars are stock I think gm says the autos are .20 faster in a 1/4

I would look into Gwatneyperformance by far the best costumer service and best cams on the market. My little stage 2 cam from them put in work👌😂

@@modernmusclecar1904 I’m still stock 3.27s and converter. I can’t decide if I want a 4K stall for bigger cam or just stick with the one I have.
@@1sickmaro46 If you go ss3 or ss4 you need at least 3600 stall. The ss3 likes gears to.

I'd get the ZL1 torque converter. Just put it on my L99 and it makes a worlds difference when the power kicks in
I got a circle d 3800-4k stall. Have yet to put it in yet but🤷🏽♂️
