    At 75, my psa went up from 3.00 to 5.10. Adopted Dr Campbells plant base diet. Did my own cooking with low oil for three months. Went back to 3.00. Five years later still at 3.0. Happiness.

    Thanks to Campbell and Esselstyn, I had a patient with stage IV breast cancer who after chemo, radiation and radical mastectomy survived 24 years. She would have lived longer, but in 7 months of changing her diet to what the oncologist recommended because she was losing weight ( RX canned SUSTACAL, ENSURE etc, caused her cancer to progress requiring new round of chemotherapy, which worsened her overall health. She lost appetite and threw her into depression, and died. I am convinced if she would NOT have taken such processed food substitutes, and gotten prescription to stimulate her appetite, and continued eating whole plant, non processed diet, she would have been around for at least one more decade. CLARIFICACION: From the beginning, 24 years ago, she was diagnosed with stage IV< and lived with minor malignant pleural effusion. Her change in diet and chemo led her to a new bone metastasis, complete drowning of the original hemithorax, and new effusion, allowing that lung to perfuse only 30% ! ( Author of book The BEST Diet. This succinct lecture says a mouthful- it's not about only cancer, or prostate cancer, but about every disorder out there and the erroneous ideas that have taken hold in our modern era to study and 'fix' them. This man has all the credentials and experience - he's got Street Cred and a gentle but direct delivery. Gold standard resource of information!

    Thank you Dr Campbell and son. You saved and are saving my life. I had stage iv metastatic breast cancer. After 1,5 year successfully dealing with it, it returned in one area. I did any and all diets through the years but always felt they were not 100% right. And then I found 3 months ago the WFPB diet. After 3 weeks exactly sticking to the diet, my liver suddenly was clean after 1,5 year where 3 weeks before per the CT scan there still were 2 spots. So this changed in 3 weeks only because of this diet! They wanted to do a liver biopsy but couldn't find anything anymore. I now know that I am healed or about to be healed in full including that other area. Plus it gives me certainty for the future. I will never change this diet again! Once more thanks a million! I am spreading the word! 🌿🙏🏼

    Dr T Colin Campbell has shown rare integrity in medical history by promoting a whole food, plant-based program against dark forces that place policy and profit above basic science-based health. "Medical science is only in its infancy, yet it has shown that our natural diet is that which grows out of the ground. The people will gradually develop up to the condition of this natural food." ~ 'Abdu'l-Bahá, Bahai Faith

      Wow, so fields full of cereal crops just appeared naturally out of nowhere?
      Well actually, until the agricultural revolution around 10,000 years ago, man ate mainly an animal based diet, which is is how our brains became so large. Of course when the agricultural revolution occurred, there was a correlating REDUCTION in brain size. It still shows in some people (hint hint, see the above quote).

Thanks for letting Him use you mightily to help make His people strong to go through the terrible things that are ahead, right before His 2nd coming in the book of Revelation, which is all about....who will you worship?

      Try eating avocado when you crave cheese.(for the fat).There's tons of recipes to make your own healthy vegan cheese at home (one of my favorites is mozzarella made with cultured cashew milk and agar). Some healthy vegan cheese can be purchased,just make sure they aren't full of chemicals.I haven't bought it in years but Miyoko had some like farm cheddar that was delicious and healthy.Again,check ingredients.

    21:50 the cause may be not that animal food inherently bad but something in animal grown at modern food "factories" is bad. You know all those "no harm detected" stuff, pesticides in grass, antibiotics, low physical activities, stress ... Correlation does not imply causation ;) Look at north nations, animal food 100% for thousands yrs, did they all die?

    • @anaoha999
      @anaoha999 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They develop osteoporosis and cancer. The natives in far north develop heart disease and their lifespan is short. Maybe try and do more research? Like China study, Dr Greger, diets reversing chronic disease - they are all plant based.

      The blue zone groups in the world average life span is 100. They stay super active into their 90's and don't suffer diseases.They are plant based. Find me any group that eats meat, natural or store bought,with that or near that life span.You have to do thorough research,and ALWAYS ASK what you aren't being told.That's where the actual truth it

  • @jonathanmagic5633

    Good content I respect however the reality is plenty of vegans are dying of cancer and many survivors do so on high fat high protein, everyone is different. Fred Evrard ( found on utube) consumed Steak daily in addition to greens and beat his colon cancer in 4 months.

    It is difficult to extrapolate animal results to human. Rats may not have the same tolerance to meat and animal fat than humans have. Humans have been hunter gatherer for at least 2 million years. The Inuits have been studied and there were much less cancer when they exclusively ate animal products, 100% carnivore, seal and fish.
