Oh what a surprise-a mostly plant-based, whole food diet is best. It’s the diet that every single health study finds in their results. Literally EVERY SINGLE STUDY finds this. Guess what diet is bet for the ecological crisis? A mostly plant-based whole food diet.
3-14 servings per week of wine, but 2 servings per week of meat...shocking. Also, red meat and processed meat are very different.
