I spent years looking for the proper diet. After believing the paleo "science", I followed that for nearly ten years. The moment I caught on to this robust and encompassing science, I immediately changed to a whole plant exclusive diet, and am seeing startling results. I shied away from the thought of not having meat and dairy. But I find so much more satisfaction in my meals, as well as health, that I wouldn't even be tempted to return. And then there are the other benefits, both moral and environmental.

Over 300 written research papers, and over four DECADES of experience in the field... How can people seriously try to discredit such a dedicated man to the field?

The industry is obviously against the healthy diet but people also respond negatively. Because high protein diet does promote strength and satiation making leanness easier to accomplish. Both strength and leanness are powerful sexual drivers. Mice given choice of foods do in fact gravitate towards sexual optimization and not longevity, and there is every reason to believe results apply to humans. In mice, longevity is created by low protein low fat high carbohydrate diet. Satiation is tied directly to protein as mice on lower protein diet will eat more to unconsciously maintain certain protein level. Again, the programmed protein desire level is driven by sexual goals.

+The Artificial Society Not sure about the sexual theory -- I would think that animals naturally gravitate to toward higher density foods for survival purposes, I.e., maximize calories. Sexuality, at least among humans, is enhanced by greater artherial blood flow, which in turn is maximized by a whole food, plant-based diet.

Fortunately, the blog entitled "Plant Positive" did a terrific job of dismantling Denise Minger's critique of T. Colin's work.

Our amazing bodies are built to run on whole foods being plant based. Enjoying fruits and veggies, mostly raw. Keep is simple, eating doesn't need to be complicated! Your 100 trillion cells will love you for feeding them what they need, and nothing they don't!

I just finished reading China study an eye opener in curing diseases with food . The information in the book is mind-blowing with lab tests on mice. It's written in a simple English easy to understand. Anyone wants to be healthy in life please read this 🙏.
