@JohnSmith-ei2pz if it meant having to do an illegal maneuver, they can't. An East London mad pulled into a bus lane to give way to an LAS Mercedes Sprinter Emergency Ambulance. He got a fine, and he tried appealing it. The local coiluncil denied this, so he posted it on social media. That's when they dropped the fine.
I mean, dense traffic is one thing. But there are pedestrians and drivers literally cutting of fire trucks or swerving in front of them. These people are even denser than the traffic.
Wow, people don't give space to the fire vehicles! Some drivers do pull over but they are very slow doing it! I thought people in Florida were bad about that, this is worse. Never expected it in London of all places. Respect the fire brigade everyone! One day they could be coming to YOUR place!
Best wishes to all fire fighters. I think that the cars used by the Fire brigade need more markings on them sticking a blue light is not good enough while driving down the road the wrong way
My God, how many station officers, commanders, commissioners etc. does one fire need? There were almost as many unmarked cars each with one occupant than fire trucks in this video. Incident management by committee! Seriously!
Heard the explosion as I am only 1/2 mile away and saw the Police Helicopter hovering but could not be arsed to see what was happening... Will await the investigation results with interest.. My mate works for the council and from what he has told me I am not surprised by the amounts of high rise fires lately .... I am in a block and I dread to think what people have in their houses that should not be there.....

love seeing all the different emergency vehicles in united kingdom, those english sirens sound incredible. would love to see more of these videos. to who posted this video are the laws stricter in uk to drivers who refuse to yield to Fire Trucks?
6.35 , Does the policeman showing 2 fingers to the engine mean anything or was he just waving them thru , seemed a little strange why he sjowed 2 fingers
For a High Rise AFA LFB will send 5 pumping appliances, 1 Turntable ladder, 1 Fire Rescue unit for EDBA and if it is a smoke issueing/Smell of Burning they will also add a fire officer. For an actual confirmed fire it varies for example I have been at jobs where the attendance is 10 pumps, 15 pumps, 20 pumps, 6 pumps, 8 pumps and even just the usual AFA attendance (5 pumps)
When was this filmed? The reason why I'm asking is, at 1:30, 2:03 and 2:46 you can see three unmarked police cars, all of them BMW 5 Series. However, AFAIK, in January 2023 (or earlier) the UK Police stopped using BMWs because of a safety issue that caused a vehicular fire back in 2020 in which a police constable was killed.
its kinda same on eastwood phillipine moltanban i hear the WOWOWOWOWOWO sound everyday on school that riding on the trycycle going back home and i heard OWOWOWOWOWOWOWO and from the mall i heard OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWO! every weeks or days
Jeez the arrogance of UK drivers. Here in NZ, if you don't get out of a firetruck's way, you get continuously air-blasted by horns until you move. Ohhh, here comes a firetruck, let's just cut in front of it.
The inability of the UK drivers to just get out of the way for emergency vehicles I find astounding. You might be the person in need one day and I am sure you would want the services to get to you asap. People are often just so stupid
This will be a senior officer's own personal car subsidised under the Essential Car User Scheme (ECUS) so they can pretty much have whatever they can want (though it has to meet certain emissions criteria) but they will only receive a fix sum towards the cost of the car....
Every working person is entitled to a nice car! LFB officers don’t just get given nice cars. They have to pay a certain amount out of their own pocket.
That is one detailed video description, I enjoy watching these long videos of Emergency services responding to large incidents
Sadly the public do not get out of the way of the Fire engines!

I think the biggest thing I got from that was the lack of cooperation from motorists in assisting the brigade drivers in getting through the traffic 😡
1:10 what a unique siren, sounds awesome

My brother drives one of the fire engines that went to that fire keep up the good work
02:41 Someone forgot their rotary light !!
My dad was one of the firefighters responding to that scene
Excellent driving i drive a pump in Chester 1992 that was sum of the best driving i have seen the roads are a nightmare.
Great Plauge & Fires of London!
1665 & 1666.
Who knew London had so many undercover Fire Officers!
It's so they can sneak up on the fire, and put it out before it notices!
Great catch mate
Good to see drivers abiding by the Highway Code in regard to emergency vehicles. xXx
Surely there should be a yellow box junction outside fire stations to prevent it being blocked?

Huh what part in the video didn’t they give space. apart from the undercover car ? Which they couldn’t move out the way really anyway
No part do I see what you said, Stop making shit up. 😂

@@londonfire9993 Thanks for the reply. Nothing but respect for all services (Military and Civilian)
Crazy UK drivers!!
The emergency flashers on the vehicle at 2:42 are so poor it's unreal. Only visible from a direct forward position.
1:10 Surprised there’s no yellow hatched box outside the fire station

I really feel sorry for the crews having drive through that much traffic.

I have to ask: do the cars that move over into the bus lane at 3:36 get issued with a fixed penalty notice like we do in Newcastle?
highly doubt they would get fined!
No mate they don’t as I was in one of the vehicles in the video and I didn’t get fined

Mishaps when the heating needs to come back on.
I never knew what the brown drains were til now.
And were the HART team on-sence?
yes, numerous vehicles from HART assisted LFB on this scene

NYC in the US has the same arrogance, but even worse than the UK's.
It's illegal to alter course for emergency vehicles in UK. Political carp
This is next to my school
I heard a new FRU 3 hours ago while shopping sadly did not catch it
Can you please tell us about some more things that you never did?
It seems the have more chiefs than indians
Once you have filmed one LFB truck, You have filmed them all.
They all look the boring same
My frenid started fire promise
What's up with the flashing lights on the license plates, does anyone even notice them?
They are for edging out at junctions.
maybe there should be an airport fire engine to help put out the fire perhaps fire brigade should have an old airport fire engine
