Also this might work in nice areas where they maintain the roads and people aren't desperate, try putting this in Philly - within about 3 days some people will ghetto rig a receiver and begin powering their outdoor grill and music and hobo encampment until the roads are inevitable neglected and full of potholes to the point where the inductors are scrap metal.
