    I am following Keto diet since one year, during this process I reversed my diabetes which was (HBA1C 6.8) to HBA1c 5.3 and lost 14 Kg weight (no more room to reduce as I am already at 22 BMI which is ideal weight for my body). I observed many advantages of Keto diet. It can totally eliminate PCOs, reduce problems in menopause, Bp issue, Facial hair problem, Acne, infertility, ED for men, nephropathy, numbness, Kidney problems & many many more. This is the diet of today & future.

    Cocunut oil
    Bullet proof tea,coffee one table spoon of cocunut oil.
    2 boiled eggs, 100 gms cheddar cheese.
    3,4 cucumbers 5,6 kebab fry them in coconut oil.
    6 mutton chops.

    Waight loss ka sabse Pehla formula calorie deficit hota hai daily intake se kamse kam 500 calorie kam leni hai par 5 se 6 beef kabab and 2 whole egss with cheese ye daily intake calories se ziada he horaha hai or ziada tar log to exercise bhi nahi karte
    Jab Input ziada hai or output kam to waight kese kam hoga isse to waight barh jaiga. Sabse pehle insan apna
    BMR ( daily Calorie intake) check kre or usse 500 calorie kam le daily or jo bhi calorie banti hai 1500 ya 1600 phir bad me ye Eggs beef kabab khaye par weight measure krle baki calories ke mutabik ho ziada nhi.

    Milk and shami kabab is not in keto diet. You can use cream instead of milk. Moreover shami kabab has lentils which is strictly keto forbidden

    Keto diet
    Breakfast:
    2 boiled egg with 100g cheese(preferably cheddar) and chai with coconut oil (no sugat)
    Lunch:
    3-4 cucumber with cream cheese nd 5-6 shami kabab(beef/chicken/mutton) fried preferably in coconut oil...
    Mutton chops in dinner
    ..Chai with coconut oil 2 times in a day
    ..for snacks r whenever you feel hungry eat a slice of cheddar cheese
    ...this diet includs most of fat along with proteins(but exclude carbohydrates)

    I loose 13 kg in two months approximately .In my views it is dificult to avoide delicious food for ever.I ask you a question,how much long time you can avoide or stop to eat normal food?I think its not possible and after you got loose weight with strict diet when you start eating normal or little normal you will be again find you on your previous position.So you must need to choose middle order batting position i mean avoide some things like sugar(sugar is main and key ingredient you need to stop) cut in roti in to half but you can eat normaly with salan with less oil.increase intake of salads.
    Physical excercise total one hour a day is very help full to lose and maintained your weight for ever
    I have been doing this for six months and maintained successfully even eating some sugary food so.e time.

    one of my friend he was on a keto diet, after 6 weeks he lost 12 kg, but when he goes for cholesterol checkup he was shocked because the cholesterol level was so high and after a week the doctor said for angioplasty. now he is on bed rest. please avoid this diet it's dangerous.

      That's because people starts using the normal oil instead of cocunut oil or olive oil. The normal processed oil is very bad for us like sunflower canola etc these oils are not pure.

    Some lady doctor from SUIT hospital forbidden Keto diet and said that too many patients came in this hospital after bad results/ effects of keto diet so please do consult with your family physician or related field doctor before going to do this risky way of diet!

    He is just repeating dr eric berg from USA , ketosis is best diet ever but you have to use 7 to 10 cups vegetables per day plus intermittent fasting . IF is the main key with Keto diet and no fruits at all for fast results only u can eat berries

    I loose ten kg within two months only with clean eating and five minutes workout daily...cuz two kidz.....five min workout is more than enough for me...just weekend pe cheating krti thi...but koi khaas diet plan follow nahi kia kabhi me ne

    I would never recommend this diet to anyone. Rapid wright loss like this is not healthy. You body gets into fat storage mode. Eat healthy and do exercise. There is no short cut to Fitness. I believe Fitness is lifestyle rather then short term weight loss goal.
