      90 degree V6 would a good option IMO. However the 90 degree V4 is very nice already.

      @@fourKeeps2020 There are a few already built with two 4 cylinder engine blocks with custom bottom end. One example is called PGM V8. Yamaha R1 based cylinders and heads.

    It would be one thing to design a four-cylinder from scratch, but it's totally another to ADD to an existing engine or you have to work around what's already there. You sir are a mechanical genius and I love all your builds!!

    If they put a carburetor with a membrane, it would improve the sound brutally! I'm telling you from my own experience I have a keeway dorado 250 and when I put a pz30 on it the sound was weird I lost that sound of the v-engine and when I put the original back on the difference was very noticeable, the engine is a Chinese copy of the xv250 and it uses the Same carb as the xv250. greetings and congratulations for your great work as always

    Another fantastic build. I would really like to see you build a 60 degree V 8x125cc cylinder engine. For the induction/carburetors, 4x2 barrel carbs, not sure if you could get down drafts carbs, if not 4 side drafts from a V twin Briggs and Stratton would be awesome!!! Plus connect the exhausts in the 2 pipes, I bet it would sound fantastic, even better if you could connect the pipes so the two exits had all the 180 degree firing cylinders in each collector........ please!!!!!

      Это шоу-двигатель.
      По всем параметрам выгоднее и дешевле купить двиг от VFR, и всё. Если прям нужен качественный двиг для проекта.
      Заводское качество есть заводское качество, а также водяное охлаждение.

      @@helloslayer666 спасибо конечно, но стоит голый б\у мотор как малолитражка подержаная. Этому миру нужен бюджетный , без наворотов , мощный и легкий мотор, уверен все самодельщики России о таком мечтают.

      @@user-ye8hf1xi1u ну да а еще о фрезерном станке, токарном станке,плазморезе,аргоне,пиздатом полуавтомате и личной моторазборке:)Ибо тебе ещё нужно где то полуубитые моторы найти?*)Правильно?Они не дешего стоят, а я забыл про расточной станок еще(причем всё это добро должно быть не впоротое, как на наших заводах...), + помещение для всего этого добра.Чел молодец спору нет, только всё это не про нашу рашу....Русскому челу со средней зп хотя бы в 50к, повторюсь, хотя бы, придётся не жрать почти совсем минимум лет 10, чтобы всё это добро намутить:)А и еще нужно не забывать про никуевое такое познание в системах грм и прочему содержанию двигателей, коих чел не мало перековырял*)Это с виду оно все одинаковое , в реальности же никуя *)ИМХО^^

    I'd be really interested on the mileage you will see of this truly great Frankenstein creations! I for sure wouldn't trust using those to do a one week desert trip on my own, but what you do here is amazing from a technical engineer's standpoint! 🙂

    Interesting choice of a 90 degree crank pin offset. Most V4's are 360 or 180. Makes it sound different.

      The 360 degree one is called a "Droner". Le Dan's idea of the 290 degree offset sounds more interesting for sure. I'm waiting to hear the final sound with the full exhaust and with the bike in motion.

    Has a really nice response to throttle! Sounds really good to for 440cc motor. Or i am assuming its 440cc ifi read the pistons right which had 110 labeled on them. Can't wait to see what you put this on. Im am interested in how you will run the exhaust pipes.

      Think that's 1.0 as in 1mm o/s pistons. Seems to be stomp based engine and they are usually 140cc so if I'm correct that'd make that motor a 560cc ish 🙂

    Excellent video, well laid out and truly fascinating, Le Dan you are a true engineer, I have been paying special attention to a lot of the smaller details in your builds as I am building a six cylinder engine from two Yamaha 600 Diversion engines and these are of great help, what are the CDI units you are using please, these would be handy for my build, Happy New Year and Kind regards from Doc Cox.

    Looks and sounds great. I would be afraid that the pistons would seize with so little clearance. They should drop through the cylinders with .06 to .07mm clearance. If it was water cooled, you might get away with it.

    90° is perfect like my VTR, perfect by not being perfect 👌 lol, it's like having a cross crankshaft in a straight 4 cylinder, giving the kinda lumpy running for better traction and awesome sounds 😀

    I've been following him since very early on since his first TH-cam channel existed. This is Le Dan's second V4 engine. But the first engine has a difference in the layout of the crankshaft and the viscous line. It was sold
