Learn 6 basic tips that will help you throw a perfect Muay Thai body kick. In this video, Thai champion Dee demonstrates how to throw a perfect Muay Thai kick with 6 beginner tips.
The body kick is a fundamental technique in Muay Thai and is different than other kicks. It is one of the most powerful techniques in Muay Thai because the force of the kick is driven through the opponent.
When throwing a kick it is important to slow everything down and break it into steps. This will help you develop the proper techniques for the kicks. Remember you can always add power after you learn the basics.

I really don´t understand how you have so little subscribers when you are uploading constantly awesome quality content, while there´s other people on TH-cam who upload stupid fight tips videos and they have more views. Keep it up!

I really enjoy the content of your channel and I love how the videos aren’t too long, nor are they full of silly over explanations.

After years and years in Hapkido, Taekwondo and Arnis i learned in a few weeks in MT more about real kicking and ellbows than in 40 yrs before.

In my opinion Taekwondo is a joke, I do not know about Hapkido and Arnis. However, Muay thai is the safe option if you want a great standing martial art.

I have the hardest time pulling my weight back from the kick. I just don't know why. I'm embarrassed in class 'cause I just started my second month and I can't get the kick down.

Its just your second month mate. Its takes much longer to master any martial art. You wont be kicking heads off over night. Just continue to learn and work hard at training.
