This is really sound advice. For the majority of my career as an RN I’ve had two jobs. I love it and it’s smart. As I transition into the FNP role I plan to maintain two jobs as well.

My challenge is that I am so exhausted at the end of the day after my primary job, I can't imagine picking up a second gig. I don't have any $$ to buy stock, real estate, etc. as an add'l stream of income. I just don't know what to do to increase my income...
I hear ya, it's not easy. But you either have to find out a way to earn more or cut down on your expenses. Ways to earn more... Ask for a raise, look for something else that pays more, travel jobs.

What telehealth company do recommended working for or your favorite?
I've had some luck with Onyx MD and Barton Associates. You can also try Wheel. They are all staffing companies that can help you find a telemed job.

It is difficult to have multiple way income
