  • I love my Camry. But there’s a lot of little things that I definitely don’t love about it. In this video I go into a bit more depth about what those things are while still keeping it brief and simple. I hope you guys enjoy and let me know what you think in the comments.

Unfortunately the build quality issues are limited to non-Japanese built models like the ones in the US and China. My Japanese built Camry has the build quality of a mini-Lexus. Its flawless.

Features in a car are subjective based on what you come from. I went from a 2010 Camry to my 2023 XSE V6. The jump in tech was mind blowing. Also, build quality, it's a Camry. You want silence, buy Lexus. I've not had any of the issues you've had. So, not all issues will be universal. You've got to remember what you bought, a Camry. Not a Lexus. Also, you don't really sound like a true "car guy". Anyone who knows, knows you're not gonna get a deep growl from any V6. You've put too a high of expectations while at the same time acknowledging it's "just a Camry".

All of the things you say are true but not bothering. The rattling you say, i only get affected by it when i turn on my a.c to defrost the windows. As of exhaust, i needed something that gave the vehicle more air flow, which motivated me to buy a Borla Cat-back exhaust. Every time i press the gas, the sound the vehicle makes is really satisfying to my ears. Not only do i have more power, but i also have a nice sounding vehicle.

I have this as a 2020. This V6 is the best V6 you’re ever gonna have, and it sucks they’re fading it out. I don’t think I’m ever gonna get rid of mine, and you also shouldn’t. That engine will outlast all of us, as long as you take care of it.
It sounds exactly like a V6 should sound. It’s not a V8 with exhaust.

When I did my car shopping almost 2 years ago, I was actually looking at TRD Camry along with the Accord 2.0T. When I test drove the Camry, it had the same rattles and the small details you mentioned and I wasn't a fan of the center screen without wireless carplay which the Accord Sport 2.0T I was looking at did had. Went with the Accord because of interior and the dealer took off like 2k off MSRP for the Accord and the TRD Camry they added some stuff which added to almost 40k

I have a 2022 Camry XSE V6 with 18,000 miles. My car rattles as well. I put foam strips between the rear glass and rear deck to help with the JBL subwoofer rattle. I also had rattles and sticky adhesive sounds coming from the headliner around the panoramic sunroof. The dealership inserted foam and felt pieces between the headliner and roof and it has helped tremendously. My hood also visibly flutters while on the highway - I was told it was normal due to it being a lightweight aluminum hood. I love the looks of my Camry, especially the two tone appearance and blackout package, but I am disappointed with the build quality. I expected more from Toyota.

The Woobly Hood. Maybe since I removed the Hood Prop Stick and installed Lift Supports with air going under or along the side of the hood prevents that bouncy fluctuating or ripple like appearance. I also installed a Front Top Strut Brace by BracerOne Performance to cut down Body Roll but with new cars there should not be any body roll but could be preventing front frame stress making the front sturdier. There is a whole lot of thin cheap rubber stripping used on the Camry hood, trunk, and doors. Also, the Panoramic Roof is made cheap but I always keep it closed since I don't use it just like I never used any of the Sun/Moon Roofs in 3 previous vehicles, also the shade stays shut too.. I know the Camry TRD does not get a sunroof but the Camry TRD was made wrong and it sux to begin with.

What is going on here? “I hate the exhaust on my 4 door family sedan”…. WTF?? You know there is a TRD version of this you can buy or actually just buy the exhaust. “Things I hate, that bug me a little bit.” That doesn’t make sense. It is funny to hear how people bitch about things that are not on their car but then also bitch about how things are getting too expensive.

Honestly just the reliability of a Toyota and the really cool look. I wanted this car for a really long time so i decided to just buy it! The V6 makes it so much more fun too
