If you are going to buy the plus outright or on a carrier plan Amazon is better they are charging 849 for the plus. I bought my s24 for 859 from Samsung but they gave me 400 for my trade in amazon dosnt. So it’s a trade off
Put S24+ specs into the S24 body and it's the GOAT phone. I went with the S24 because I value comfort more than specs but man... there's no reason for it not to have 12gb of ram and a maximum of 512gb of storage. Also, my LG G8 from 4 years ago had 1440p but this one doesn't?! Come on, man.
@@baladi921 I know. A phone with a small or big display doesn't have to have a big-sized battery. The capacity is what matters, not the size of the battery. There are small phones with batteries that have capacities that are bigger than 3,000 milliamps.
I know that numbers doesn't mean everything but i notice that in last few months on EU market almost all phones phones in middle class from Motorola, Redmi, Realme, Honor, Oppo, Xiaomi with prices from $300-$500 or euros now offer phones with 12GB RAM and 256/512 storage memory as standard. Almost all of them still have protective cases and chargers included in the box. All of them have bright 120hz Amoled screens, decent polished softwears and we can be sure that their new 2024 models will recived minimum 5 years of Android updates. And one more thing... most of them feel way more premium in hand than A54 or S23FE for example. I think that after few years Samsung will have extremly tough competition to sell their phones in entry and middle level class!
Yeah, I wish we got some of those brands here in the States. We do get Motorola and Oneplus but we don’t get all the choices even with those two brands here. I lived in Asia for about 20 years and I used to buy the honor or Xiaomi brand.
I've had my S24+ Exynos in cobalt violet for about a week now, and its been an amazing experience so far. I get great performance and battery life. 😊 By the way just a tip - if you have one if these phones then make sure to enable Dolby Atmos in settings. The speakers get even louder after doing that! Also on S24+ and S24 Ultra you need to enable QHD as it's disabled by default.
At 5:52 you can notice the resolution difference, Thankyou for showing this. I cannot find screen comparison videos between the two. It's weird but the s9 plus still has higher ppi. Kind of like an old mustang
I bought a Samsung S24 Plus, 12/512 (should be 16/1TB) and I am very happy with the acquisition. The smartphone is absurdly great in everything, processor, screen, performance and even in terms of battery, which is long lasting, it's lasting a long time. And now with seven years of updates that Samsung is making available, it's just joy!!!
Dont buy into the marketing. Circle to Search isnt a "new revolutionary" feature like Samsung and Google are touting it as. It is a rebrand of Google Assistant Screen Search. In addition to that, many have already pointed out how its dumbed down in many ways: no translate/work tabs, no auto subject detection, and not even onscreen barcode/qr code recognition. It would be really appreciated if you can compare the two to see how they fare against each other.
I’ll see if I can put together a more comprehensive video about circle to search and the AI features as a whole. I think for the average consumer, circle to search is a fun, interactive way to “look things up” - but you’re right, none of these AI features are new necessarily, just a different way of being presented to the end user
@@TechDailyAgreed. I feel that Assistant Screen Search is faster to use, since it is simply a swipe and tap. Circle to Search on the other hand does feel a bit more "fun" due to its fancier animations. Yeah, I think the double-the-storage promotion for the regular S24 was really the only option to but that phone. Paying full price for 128GB is pretty tough
Worth pointing out that, just like the 128GB S23, the 128GB S24 is the only phone in the entire S24 lineup that has the slower UFS 3.1 storage standard. Samsung is not manufacturing 128GB UFS 4.0 packages, it only starts at 256GB. Makes you wonder even more so why they even bothered to offer a 128GB version of a flagship phone that has the slower storage standard as well.
I really wish that as Samsung has cut back so much, but at least they should include a Glass Screen Protector fitted and a hard case. The S series cut on things like 1) SD Slot (Please bring this back). 2) Headphones Jack 3) All device including Phones and tabs no longer Charger Plug 4) The boxes are of cheap Quality.
I switched from a LG G8 to the S24 and I feel like it's a downgrade. I lose the SD slot, the headphone jack, the 1440p resolution, the QUAD DAC... I gain a better processor and software updates. Not even sure the pictures are better on the S24.
