the Plus is definitely my favorite S24 model. The screen and bezels look very sleek and elegant, and the addition of 12gb ram and several other Ultra features makes it even better value.

Bro i usually download my music when i bought an ipad for drawing art i put music into it and then when i wanted to put more music i downloaded in and conected to itunes on my pc all my music was removed... i hate apple with a passion😢

Amen. I've switched to iPhone 3 times but always return or sell it and come back to samsung. I hate apple. Still have like $60 sitting in my apple wallet that i forgot about that's impossible to retrieve since I don't have an iPhone now.
I’ve had the 14 Pro Max since it came out and I’ve regretted this phone ever since. I hate it, luckily I can upgrade soon and get away from these.
Im so excited for the generative wallpapers. I spend quite a while looking for the perfect wallpaper, and sometimes its like it doesn't exist, so im sure I'll have a good time messing with them.

Nice review. A comparison with the Pixel 8 pro (battery life, overall performance, and cameras) would be very interesting.
I got my S24 plus (grey) Friday 1/26 and I'm really enjoying it. So far, I still think the AI features in the camera app on Pixel 8 pro work much better. Still early on, I'll do a lot more testing. But my early impressions are favorable. Thanks for the video keep up the great work 👍
How’s the battery life
@mikenorton9970 Definitely the best battery life on any phone in my arsenal. Before S24 plus, it was the iPhone 14 plus.... and it's still learning learning/adapting my phone usage.
just ordered mine today. I actually wanted grey but selected black by accident. and black has a 3-4 week leadtime :( so i'll have to wait it out and just watch youtube videos :) every major player right now is pushing AI so there is alot more to come across the board i'm sure.

Amazon has been running sales so I jumped on the S24+ about a week ago. I really like the cobalt purple hue and you can't help but notice how much faster things are when you get 12GB of ram instead of the usual 8GB configuration 🙂
having said that if the phone wasn't so good I wouldn't care how nice the color is lol
Can definitely attest to the battery life, at least in the initial stages. After about 10 hours of light to moderate use through the workday, the s22+ would be anywhere from 20% to 30%. With the same amount of use, lock screen display always on, and qhd resolution, it had maybe hit 65% by the end of the workday. Not shabby at all.

Hello, great video as usual brother. I have a question: which is better in terms of photography, the Snapdragon or Exynos version of this device? I don’t care about gaming performance. I don’t use the phone extensively. I only care about taking pictures.

Just got the 24+ and while it may be the newest I liked some of the options that were on my s10+ better. The 24 did away with with lots of features I liked on thec10+.

the brightness on bothe phones are clearly different,
For example,same red or white color on both phone(use the *#0*# TEST MODE's red),S23U always looks bright,but S24+ always looks a little bit dusty(or gray),it that normal and same happened on your S23U and S24+?

Did you switch the screen resolution from FHD+ to QHD+? I wished that the S23+ had it, I would've gotten instead of the S23U.

I have a question for the tab A9 plus.Does it vibrate because i have the tab A8 and it doesn't vibrate so does the tab A9 vibrate?
no it doesn't have vibration unless its somewhere i don't know about (only has sound in settings, not sound and vibration)

The notification icons on the lock screen/ always on display are colored on my note20 ultra. Why are all the notifications now white on the newer models? Is it the software update?
Samsung removed the colors and are now only available in white.

Honestly, after comparing the s24 plus to my Note 20 ultra, I am disappointed in the resolution of the s24 plus. I thought it would have a great resolution so it'll work for me since I don't really use my s-pen. However, I find it really dull. I'm returning it and keeping my Note.

Brilliant review done on Samsung S24 Plus, while they are a tone of reviews on the Ultra model. My favourite colour Marble Grey too.
It's a Great shame with all the improvements S24 series has done, a lot of feature and things have be cut out.
1) No longer Charger in the box foe all Samsung Galaxy phones
2) No SD Slot, please bring this feature back, and include a SD card as you No longer provide Charger in the box
3) No Screen Protector, my old S10e had a film screen Protector all ready fitted on the device, instead have a Glass on, so you are ready to go
4) The boxing experience feels cheap, compare to the quality of the old device unboxing. And the box is so thin, you could post it through someone's letterbox.
Please also included a hardcase too.
most of the things u wrote is utter BS. chargers havent been provided by any company for the past 2-3 years. the box will be thin cause there's no charging adapter. u can buy a screen protector. only correct one is the SD card slot thing
SD card slot is useless. I use 3 different emulators, stream games, stream movies & TV, have thousands of photos and videos, edit videos, and I have a ton of apps downloaded( mobile games included). I couldn't even make it past 50% of my 256 GB on my s23+. I got a free upgrade to the s24+ 512GB and haven't even cracked 30% of storage used.
How this or the 8pro ?
Not sure yet but the battery is crazy on this and might be a deciding factor for many
my s24 camera makes everything look much darker and lifeless compared to my s21 camera. Are you having the same issues?

I have an A53 and Spectrum for internet and phone service, Spectrum now sells that phone for 1000.00 and i can trade mine for MORE my A-53 for than i paid for it, is it substantially better than the A-53?
in most ways yes, but i would get it when its on sale because its on sale several times throughout the year and i hate buying things at full price to see it go on sale right after but that could be just me.
@@FishBeeProductions I bought it yesterday, $1000.00 and i got $530.00 for my A-53 which is over 100.00 more than i paid for it, 3 years to pay for it as well though i pay things off FAST. I am not really an ultra tech person but the camera is amazing compared to the A-53, i ordered 3 different cases and several screen protectors and one case has a built in screen protector. When i bought the A-53 i paid $419.00 and Spectrum gave me a bundle on the phone and internet for 70.00 a month so i saved 60.00 a month by switching to them, in 1 year i saved 720.00 which more than paid for the phone so i am happy with the phone and what i paid. I got black as that's what they had in stock and with a case nobody sees it anyway. The battery life is supposed to be outstanding!
Dude it is. I traded-in my A52 5G. Flagships have a faster internal memory speed. A52 only had UFS 2.0. S24+ have UFS 4.0 and 12GB RAM. It's like upgrading to SSD from HDD in PC world. Application handling is so much better.

Really good so far, I'm at 56% after 4 hrs screen on time but I'll have to do a follow-up after this week hopefully

Perhaps, you could help me solve a technology mystery? Rumor has it that this year's s24 series supports dual SIM card ability. Of course, the primary Sim would be the esim and you can use the physical SIM card slot for a second line. I will be purchasing a new device this week and I've narrowed it down between the s24 plus and the OnePlus 12. Although, if I'm perfectly honest I'm leaning towards the OnePlus 12. OnePlus devices are equipped with dual SIM card ability so, that's never a question. Once more, it appears that the 12 has much more to offer at a far better price. Still, I really want to give Samsung a serious look this year. Especially, since Samsung has finally given the plus models some much-needed upgrades. If you could help me obtain verification on the s24 plus and dual SIM card ability it would be very appreciated. I'm not finding much information online.
On another note, I would actually prefer the s24 plus over the ultra. When you think about the upgrades the plus variant has received this year it makes sense. Unless you really need a stylus pen why bother with the ultra? After all, the ultra is just what was once referred to as the note series.
Yes OnePlus 12 looks promising on paper. Might be a good option but i haven't tried it yet. Not sure about being able to use an esim on samsung since i only use physical sims, but one other thing to think about is with samsung you get 7 years software support which you only get 4 with OnePlus 12 I believe and trade in/ resale value on samsung will be higher in my experience when you're ready to get another phone. Not to mention more case options with samsung.
@@FishBeeProductions truthfully, who really uses the same device for 7 years? Lol. Once more, 1 + offers 4 years of OS updates with 5 years of security patches. In addition, I've had many OnePlus devices and I've never had a problem finding a high-quality case. Many manufacturers such as spigen, poetic, otterbox and Tudia all manufacturer high quality cases for them. Not to mention, the native cases you can buy directly from oneplus.
Actually, I've been using an 11 for about a year now and it's amazing. Once more, they are offering me $420 in trade-in value towards the 12. Although, since I need two devices I have no plans on trading it. Still, they are also offering $100 trade in on any phone in any condition towards the 12.
Strictly speaking, the only thing I like better about the s24 plus is the flat screen. However, that's not really a deal-breaker.
Anyway, a nicely done video. I check out your channel at least once a week and you always do a very good job. I really need to get to the bottom of this dual SIM card mystery. I need to do a little more research.

The speakers on this phone are terrible. Tinny with no bass and really weak volume output even with equaliser app, I'm returning mine
Did you try turning on Dolby Atmos? It's way better with that on.
Lol speakers wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. My car speakers, bluetooth speakers, and headphones sound great paired with the phone. Rarely do I need to use my phone's speakers and not one of those 3 I just mentioned. I don't expect much in the way of quality audio from any smart phone speakers out there because there's already too much packed into the phone's hardware and camera systems to fit great quality audio hardware. As long as the memory and processing power is fast and the camera is great Im happy. 🎉
@@markhall541 fair enough but for the price charged I expect decent speakers. The s23 ultra's hardware is feature packed and the speakers are amazing, maybe it's the slit rather than the grilles the s24 plus is using or the bigger battery but the sound is so poor. Even the midrange a54 5g has excellent speakers compared to the s24 plus
@@FishBeeProductions yes and I installed an equaliser app, seriously I've never heard such poor quality sound! I've seen similar comments on some other reviews. It's a shame because the QHD screen is great but I listen to music on my phone without headphones 🙄
The plus is really the one to get this year! It really set itself apart from the regular S24, leaning closer to Ultra specs this year. I finally did it: I ordered the S24 plus.
That said, it's my portable phone at the end of the day, so I do prefer the 6.2" form factor. If I find it too big, I'll trade it in for the base S25 next year (if it finally comes with the specs I want, that is)
EDIT: Cancelled the plus and ordered the base model. Got a good deal, and will trade it in for the same money next year for the S25! :)
