1. 1 tablespoon of castor oil and 5-8 drops of bergamot oil plus 2 tablespoon of green tea and apply it.
2. 2 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and 2 teaspoon of of black seed and make their powder and add 100ml of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of caster oil ,mix all these well.

From my experience of having grey hair, it's a certain type of stress that leads to grey hair. It's especially the stress that is derived from or related to loneliness and not having support and structure in one's life. Overthinking is a massive problem. I dont believe this remedy would work as greying of the hair is taking place inside the body.

Hi Ankitha, cucumber pack/ cucumber juice is a very good remedy. Its'll not show results overnight, but definitely in time. Maybe 2 weeks. Keep applying daily
